tl;dr
Anyone try the new Kinslayer: Baileys under offensive ops?
I watched a rdm/whm mithra tanking 3 orcs with orcish counterstance on in beaucedine yesterday using Uriel Blade and a Genbu's Shield. I didn't even see her casting phalanx or other buffs. Just ice spikes repeatedly. Is the flash on this that strong?
uriel blade does now an average of 460-480
Was dishing out 550-670 or so on Shadowfang Voids a while ago, it really tears up those elementals.
Uriel blade is magical ws and is affected by magic attack bonus
mods are str and mnd each seem to boost dmg the same amount
i am able to get it to do 745 blu/dnc 102 str 77 mnd +54 mab at 100ish tp
Hmm so Glory is a powerful physical WS and Uriel is magical. Interesting. What to get first....
Was Tupor fixed as well?
Tartarus torpor still does " 0 " F...king dmg -_- .. Really seriously no one besides me reported that to a GM? ( No one else besides me think that having a ws that does 0 dmg is the most stupid thing in the world?? ( considering the weapon has acc+30 then.. why the hell giving u acc if the weapon going to do 0 dmg...)
Some weapon skills deal no damage by design (Starlight etc), but the description for Tartarus Torpor clearly says, "Deals damage to all opponents in an area of effect. Additional effect: Sleep & Magic Evasion Down".
So yeah. Either the translation team fucked up and added the damage bit for no reason, or the guy making the WS fucked up.
Topor wasn't mentioned in the update notes.
Someone needs to report it to SE (along with the OAT H2H, can't be right that they only proc on 1 fist)
Also on Bismark Sandy has 9 regions holy crap.
So really is stupid then...
Why is Faith the only exception to this silly rule?
Jailer weapons are implemented differently from every other form of multiple attack, and have a chance to activate on each "initial swing" (any time Double/Triple Attack could proc.)
OAT weapons have a chance to activate every attack round (any time Kick could proc).
So while Monk has two chances to Double Attack per attack round, and both of them use Faiths so they have a chance to hit again. However, they still only have one chance to kick.
It's just how they made the game. Sorry~!
Has to be a mistake. The help text in the .dat says:
String Table Entry 01008 Puts to sleep enemies within the area of effect and lowers their magical defense and magical evasion. Duration of effect varies with TP. 1
No mention of damage. This matches its index ID (1008 ) for Tartarus Torpor. If its saying something different in game, then it's calling different data or older data.
