Eyeballing, I'd say they're still kinda inferior. The Empy WS's will probably still out-do the relic counter part, and then you're talking that HUGE odd rate.

I agree, but hopefully this is the start of a trend, and not just a 1-time only fix. Maybe next patch will bring another increase to multipliers, or perhaps something different altogether.

Nice to have some faith again though, in any case.

Mercy Stroke now comes out neck and neck with Rudra's Storm assuming the same DEX and STR and that x4.5 DEX30% is actually correct for Rudra's. But then again, if you use VV + SA + RR then Mercy Stroke is going to directly benefit from +100 STR. There aren't any atmas with major/superior DEX that are actually worth using other than RR.


ODD still puts Twastar ahead unless they buffed the hidden triple damage proc on Mandau.

Presuming the proc rate on full AF3+2 winds up being pretty decent, how do you think goin full set + omnipotent (puts you at 26% haste), RR and apocalypse would fare?

They all got bumped up to x3.7 multiplier. The WS with x3.0 got a 25% increase and the WS with x2.75 got a 35% increase.



15% increase to WS but the extra effects also got a big boost it seems, which is why the WS damage increase isn't as large as the relics.

I got my 85 Annihilator complete the other day. So far I have gotten 1 Atestation NM kill for my gun so 4 more till I get my 90 Annihilator.

Okay, after fooling around with my Aegis so far, I am not so sure it just a crappy 5-10 damage increase. Every consecutive time I use shield bash on monsters of the same type, or on the same monster, the damage seems to gradually increase.

Every shield bash I've done so far in this regard has been slightly higher, when before I would just get a consistent number. Has anyone else with a lolAegis upgraded noticed anything of the sort?

You know how people have had trouble figuring out the exact stats of the Empyrean WS because they behave weirdly? What if they've had this same +WS dmg modifier tacked onto the end all along?

Interesting theory but im... Relic ws dont seem heavily influenced by stat atmas, unlike empy. i havent played in a while but i bet att / str atmas do SHIT for kaiten, thus it freaking sucks. somebody with the triple and da atmas should do some 90 kaiten tests tho. WTH IS FAILURE.

There's no question on how Empyrean Bow or Empyrean Gun work though. But the WS DMG+ applies to Leaden Salute on Mythic Weapon so it seems unlikely that only some Empyreans get WS DMG+ and others don't.
