Last time Motenten ran numbers on war, going from RR to ukko's was about a 13% increase to overall damage. So, depends if 9 base damage and relic procs are enough to close that gap. You also lose the superior weaponskill properties Ukko's has.

DRG has a very strong non-Empyrean WS though. None of MNK's WS other than Smite are at all notable tbh.

Camlann's Torment is Wheeling Thrust +1 for DRG. It may be competitive with Drakesbane outside Abyssea (what I've heard anyway), but inside it's garbage. OAT would crush it inside Abyssea and should be pretty strong outside as well.

If I had to pick a top weapon for DRG right now, I'd actually point to Ryunohige.

Well that proves that SE can't program shit to go with the text. And here I was thinking Spharai 85 maybe only got +2 counter, making it hard to see. But this explains it better, also for those Tizona tests.
