I assume he's referring to the idea that Earth weather loads in that area, possibly because he checked the area knowing theres Wyverns (which I'm fully aware of), and saw "Earth Elemental", therefor "there has to be earth weather". I posted the mob listing there, which I figured would have been pretty clear that the only instance of an Earth Elemental there was due to Ouryu from the BV2 fight. I guess some people, including you, are just too stupid to put two and two together.
