Finally finished the third amano trial. So glad to be out of Ro'maeve, it started to get extremely crowded once the other relics started showing up. ~_~ Now onto 2000 birds! This is all worth it to me because I want that damn yellow text off my weapon.

Beasts? I helped someone do it in Uleguerand Range, seemed like the best option to us at the time. We did this in a group of 3 though, SAM WHM BRD. BRD pulling stuff to camp as we slaughtered stuff made this flow well.

Related question: Where are people going for 1500 killshots on Arcana? You'd think Ro'Maeve would be great for this, and it normally would... However, the place is always so damn packed when I check.

For Arcana, if Ro'Maeve's too crowded.. hmm. Anything in the temple of ugly pie, maybe? Bifrons? Mobs in IC?

There's no shame in doing yourself a favor, especially because I can see a lot of relics never getting upgraded with the current system. Don't forget that relics have been out for the better part of a decade and many owners have gone through significant lifestyle changes during that time. I know a lot of skilled relic owners that log on whenever work/family permits (which is to say infrequently) and don't have the time or will to play like they once did. A system like this really pushes them away from the game.

Ro'Maeve was slow for weapons. Gonna level to 80 and do the puppets and pots. GC is an option. I tried it and even with the slow re-pops it matched or beat Ro'Maeve, but both were poor.

Right now I'm just chilling outside whitegate killing lesser colibri until a better idea comes my way. I was thinking possibly bats in Den of Rancor, but not sure how grouped they are and if there were any adds around. Any suggestions are apprecaited, thanks!

Theres a bit of running involved, but at Uleguerand on the way to Bonnacon, the tunnel has a couple Esbats, 59-61. If you lvled past that range, you could always run up to the tunnel past the Guesh Urvan and fight the Nightmare bats, though its a huge lvl jump (69-72).

I did the large bats in KRT. (Yup, they were credited as birds for Kikoku trials.) Absolutely no one was there. There's a spot where you can grab 5 at basement entrance to the 75 xp area, then 4 (in a room with a scorp that aggros), then a path that can yield 3-4 more (with another scorp) and a singe one near the 1000 eyes. I was getting over 90 WS / hour and was trying to do as minimal damage as possible. Repop is 16 mins and they were repopping before I cleared all of them, so I think 50-60 kills / hr is doable


Level should still work. I think they are 62-64.

Avoid the first scorp (it can be done) or kill it and paralyna if needed. Nothing is really dangerous and I sometimes had 3 bats at once. Sneak helps if you want to avoid stuff to run to the front.

Why did they have to give Bravura an Undead trial. I can't believe I know Atories on my server. The stupidity coming out of his mouth is just filled with lolz. I felt bad for the Apocs in their trial when they got undead, but now I get slapped with the undead stick! Do you know how annoying it is to fight Haunts and Tomb Mages when all the Spriggan and Tomb Warriors are dead? It's lots of this:

Good thing retaliation and reverse flourish makes up for some of the time wasted. SE fucked up. Should never have made it WS kill shots. LOL I love how Atories was trying to compare magian trials to relic. I think he fails to see you can take a group and wipe out all those mobs in a few hours, or if it's weather related 2-3 weather days. Whereas, if you bring a group to your trial the mob is dead before you get 100 TP, because OOPS I FORGOT TO TURN SORRY, or ok everyone turn, double dmg crit proc. FML. Seriously, I have a completed Soulsaber from last update and I'm about to start the 200 lizards for the next trial. That shit was a joke compared to relic. OMG 200 cactuars?! I had a group of 6-7 people doing them and we banged the whole trial out in almost 1 vana day. I'm also doing polearm lightning path... yea getting people to do Qutrub on thundersday, 32 kills so far and no one wants to go back. That trial is also a wtf, but still does not compare to the awesomeness of missing a meta and standing there saying, this was worth 150M?

Oh and I know what you mean Azy >_>; as you may have heard me complaining in LS about THFs that like to team up on trials with me that SATA WS Easy prey mobs when I tell them not to. ~_~

Having access to an Amano alt. I do notice a ton of blind weapon skills, and it makes me quiet furious when it happens, I know its a 5% rule, but I've completely missed a 2hr before, when I had SV Minx2 March2x Madrigal 2x on a DL zerg before, WTF.

Bosteniaux is probably the best
slug mobs suck because of tp move to remove all your gear and same attack down move like leeches have
KRT would be an awesome spot if there werent bats and scorpions in the way

i´m still @550 on bravura second trial, all people and his mother killing raflesia on fort for the sword -dmg weapon /sigh
maybe i have to change to mandys but i dont like it
anyways, any good place for third trial? i think is undead
btw raflesia on lvl80 at fort is still easy prey, i think someone mentioned it
