just done some quick testing in ballista of attack down...

I went as MNK/WAR...

Using full attack gear (469 base attack)
with meat miths+berserk...
650 > 561........ -89 attack (-13.7%)

I tossed some boosts on
827 > 738...... -89 attack (-10.8%)

no berserk/boosts, just miths...
532 > 443...... -89 attack (-16.7%)

pretty clear it's not effected by attack mods such as berserk/boost, and is calculated off your bast attack.

I then stripped my gear (still had miths tho) so I then went:
417 > 350..... -67 attack (16.1%)

Not sure what the attack down was from lv75 version, so can't say if it's an improvement or not.


so it's somewhere around 16.something% reduction from these quick tests.

he says for most birds you can TP and 1shot from 40% before they get chance to use TP move...
If it tickles early, turn away and med, and if med isnt up... go TP on the next bird, and WS 1st when you get TP.

Can confirm you DONT get Kaiten under sync at any level. Kaiten is lv80 onry with this.

Aftermath appears to be the same from beating up some lessers. no immediatly noticible increase if there is one.

idk about that, because im the game .dats they appear to be completely separate items, which makes me wonder if you could eventually dual wield mandaus / kikokus / excaliburs, ect,ect lol

Based on my brief Amano attack down testing done way back when I first got it it was usually around -17% attack so it seems unchanged.
