I can comment on Kaiten actually, every time I used to go FoVing I'd bring a stack of mithkabobs because my Kaitens would do easily 2-300 more damage. I purposefully don't use them while doing my gay ass relic trials to make sure I get more WS's into a mob.

also, you're wrong. You can cap attack since pdif has a cap, I just stated that mine wasn't capped against EP mobs.

I may be slightly off on saying that food does absolutely nothing on EPs, as there is quite a range of levels on EPs, but I'm pretty damn sure some people just see what they want to see.

Well no you won't be able to destroy gustaberg nonsense for 10,000 as awesome as that would be. But I'm just affirming that I've gotten easily noticeable increases in weaponskill damage vs EP mobs. Its not ground breaking at all but there IS a different, at least on Kaiten.

Could just be that YGK isn't as noticeable, or other weaponskills. Kaiten is so heavily affected by attack that I didn't really bat an eye at the increase as being some kind of anomaly.

I was speaking more specifically to "you're always capped on pdif everywhere" that people bring into these threads.

In any case, yes I misspoke and I'm sorry, and for some reason I ignored the fact that we were talking about TP more than WS, but I am attack capped or within ~10 attack of cap vs lvl 56-58 mobs in a WS set, which is what you're targeting ideally (and really, since I boxstep a majority of them anyway so I can provoke, I'm past cap). And Neo, you're still an idiot trying to backpedal, while I already said my original statement is incorrect. It's ok though, when you lose Ein, you claim it's changed, and when you wipe to some shitty Abyssea mob, you blame it on the game also.
