Trying to find another arcana spot cause Ro'Maeve is a cesspool. Tried Sidhe in grauberg S since they are only DC now. And they Don't count. Not sure if its been posted before.

Experiencing the same problem, going to give Ifrit's Cauldron a try later tonight since bombs are Arcana and were EP at 75, so they should be even easier now. Just have to get lucky with lack of self destructs.

Was able to average 60-65 an hour in Ulegrand Range on snolls. Killed the ones that pop near the zone to Xarc, 3 at top side of the ramp (is actually 4 but 1 is a bit far to bother with) and 5 in plateau down the ramp. Make a spectral jig macro because tigers around the top of ramp can aggro from a decent range and link.

Even though this zone can get quite busy, most people seem to come for rabbits/tigers and usually snolls are left alone. As for self destruct, they rarely used tp before I got them to 30-40% at which point I would WS for killshot, certainly didn't see them attempt to blow up before my blade bash (4/5) timer was up normally.

So, this just dawned on me, all your Gjalla/Aegis holders can stfu about not getting upgrades. Atleast your relic is usable synced down to 75...

Why do people keep talking about 75 sync? Relic owners should be pretty well merited out at this point, so the only reason to sync down to 75 is for XP... which is moot because you should be getting to level 80 doing your relic trials.

What if you synced to 56 to kill Lesser Colibri, though? Anyhow, XP and merit at 80 or go on another friggin' job if you're gonna whinge on and on and on and on about having the best weapon of its type that is merely average when synced. How many weeks did you spend crying that Kirin's Osode only gives 3 of each stat when synced?

Holy fuck you are stupid, nobody would be saying anything if there were appropriate merit camps for a level 80 outside of abyssea, but there aren't.

I got tired of the 999 people in romaeve that wouldnt team up with anyone so I tried Garliage basement. It was actually pretty nice. 7 Weapons, 4 bombs, and 6 pots on 16 miinute repop timers. About 1 a minute which was better than I was doing trying to claim a killing weapon like it was fafnir or something.

Whoever recommended Gnoles for the first Annihilator trial is a genius - I've been getting 20-25 weaponskills off on one mob even during full moon (when they cure themselves for the least) with RNG/SAM, 21% haste set, m.kris, and my WHM Haste/Cure PL . Batallia Downs (S) gnoles work well at RNG80 (I think these are the lowest level ones).

So true, my DRK has always been capped on merits but other jobs like WHM,PLD,THF still have a long ways to go, I can always use the merits.

No ones crying about how "wah my relic is shit at lv50"...relics are lv75 weapons, atleast upon obtaining. The problem is, there are NO camps for level 80, ulness you want to xp in abyssea every 3 days. The fact that upon upgrading it, you can no longer use it for lv75-79 merit/xp, for ENM75...is fucking stupid.

This made me sad. After seeing Kellanved say he got extra time on his aftermath i thought about going back to grinding the apoc. I havn't logged into ffxi in about a week, and i don't think i care enough to grind the apoc because of this. O well, always have brd i guess >.>
