    In Boyahda, yeah I had some mobs at angles (even pulled some bunnies once which would not sit in a nice little clusterfuck). That parse was pretty much shit, which is why I moved.

    The past hour I got sushi on and started nicely at 95% acc, but now it's down to 86% which looks like my previous parse with no food in Den of Rancor, sushi broken? XD Here and there even focus on, which I didn't on the previous parse. Hour is pretty short for acc to settle, but still, don't remember it going that low, especially with sushi, half of the slots still filled with acc gear (rest is pdt) and fighting DC mobs XD

    But since I started out better, my counterrate is sitting nicely in the 20-22% region so far. If I correct it for acc that would make 23.96% counter.

    Idk, but are you fighting Pucks? If so, they're mnk type so likely high evasion for their level (which is 74-77), plus I wonder if their counters are part of your misses? I know nin and thf mamools have far more evasion than others of the same level, so that could be the issue. In hindsight, might have been same issue for your acc% in Boyadha. However, I do agree sushi should eliminate that, but it could be more subtle.

    Interestingly enough, maybe if mob swings at mnks, you can counter, but there is also a chance for the mob to counter your counter? It would likely never show in the logs as 2 counters, but only as a miss for us and a counter for the mob.

    Obviously (^^), I have too much time on my hands, but I might do my 80 tests (when I finally finish on non mnk type mobs.) Won't hurt.

    Yeah, it were pucks, I picked them because testing this got so goddamn annoying I thought I might as well try to get some guard skill up in the process and since I didn't find a new suitable camp with 80 mobs yet I just went there to at least get skill to 77 (or 76 at the least) got a wooping .1 from what I saw lol. Maybe they are slighty more evasive than other mobs, but it makes no sense to me since before the sushi, I parsed there too for about 2 hours and got around the same acc %. Considering I didn't use focus, nor food those 2 hours, it looks odd to me to see the same acc % in a 90min parse with sushi fulltime and focus here and there, weird fluke of only lv77 mandies popping? Where's my guard skill then?! XD

    At Boyahda I had 93-95% acc btw.

    Their counters are a seperate part in the parse

    I think what he is trying to say is that MAYBE mnk type mob can counter your counter with his counter ( yeah :D ) which would result with nothing (none get hits no msg in log)

    Yeah I know he meant that in the second part of his of post, but I'm not touching that counter for a counter theory, so I only commented on the first that their counters might be my misses.

    Would be nice if SE put some thought into these stupid trials and gave you chances to earn extra points:
    Easy Prey: 1 point per killshot
    Decent Challenge: 2 points per killshot
    Even Match: 3 points
    T: 4 points
    VT: 5 points
    IT: 6 points
    IG will scale based on the mobs level relative to checks.

    Would actually encourage some party mechanics other than "rape the lowest lvl available EP for 100+++ hours"

    I would also approve of bonus points for matching day + weather + double weather for more Bonus per kill points. Dcaling of points per hour too, if you kill 50 without logging get 2 points for the next 50 etc. next set is gonna be 2000,2500. Going to take 90 hours if you don't get screwed with terrible mobs.

    The last 5 QD's were with u pendant proc with ZODIAC RING from final Windy [S] mission. So yes it would seem it does work with QD. Even though as wiki states its a 3% damage increase, it can potentially add up if I were to have say, 11 wizard's roll on with BLM in pty, SCH weather buffs, and SMN Shiva buffs.

    Go do an epeen shot on watersday in undersea ruins (double water weather, etc.) with a fully buffed Blm roll. I'm just curious what the max pot. damage you can do is.

    Grats on completing it~ Although when I was looking at your data, something seems to be off...

    47(Lv 75 DP /w +7 DMG) + 77(Bullet) = 124 * 2 = 248. How are you getting 404 DMG /w just DP + Bullet? That'd be a 63% increase on the Lv75 DP. Are you sure you didn't have any gear/buffs or something during the initial test?

    Well, he was probably /RDM (MAB+24) judging by the picture. However, that does still put the +7 DP at a ~30% increase in Quickdraw damage. He was probably using the shot that corresponded to the day (hence the 3% increase and regular damage with Zodiac ring), so you can add another 10% damage from that.

    Level 75:
    2*(47+77)*1.24*1.1 = 338
    437/338 = ~1.2 (20% bonus reported)

    Level 80:
    2*(50+77)*1.24*1.1 = 346
    450/346 = ~1.3 (30% bonus apparently)


    Full Quickdraw gear:
    Level 75:
    2*(47+77+5)*1.1*1.2 = 340.56
    557/340.56 = ~1.64 (+40 MAB in gear)
    588/340.56 = ~1.73 (+49 MAB in gear?) <-- Ugg Pendant

    Level 80:
    2*(50+77+5)*1.1*1.3 = 377.52
    619/377.52 = ~1.64 (+40 MAB in gear still)
    671/377.52 = ~1.73 (+49 MAB in gear?) <-- Ugg Pendant

    Level 80:
    2*(50+77+5)*1.13*1.3*1.73= 671

    Anyway, I'm assuming the +9 MAB from Ugg Pendant is a result of rounding.
