To the people who started already, does the latent checker program show you how many you've done/need to do? would be alot easier to keep track of if that program works...

For ppl who were not following the possible rewards and saying thiese quests are useless. here is some GOOD rewards.
h2h with +21 DMG +55 delay kinda like shenlongs but a little worse.
A h2h with +1 DMG that occ. attacks twice.
Also got a h2h with -5% physical dmg taken which is pretty cool and some ones with magic acc for your (pet?) for PUP.
Great Katana 68 DMG Gk that occ attacks twice.
And another GK if its not a typo, a Great Katana with 89 DAMAGE that is more base DMG then the non augmented amanorumakumo.
swords They have a joyeuse sword for blue mage that has I think more base DMG then the joyeuse I think it was 40 DMG and occ. attacks twice.
The relics get a base DMG boost so that they can beat their other counterparts by a larger margin. Now spharai beats shenlongs by a better margin in DMG and amano beats hagun by even more. The STRONGER relics seem to augment weaker to balance them out. Mandau, amano and apoc are already considered top relic upgrades and don't need as much DMG increase as the other less popular relics.
In future updates, as said by SE themself. They will do armor augments next update, this includes Aegis shield I would assume since its an ARMOR and not a weapon. Also after the levels caps of course, they will introduce the -delay augments on the weapons, and possibly but not confirmed, even more +DMG on the relics again to make them equal to level 99 weapons.
Won't be suprised if the DEC update lets you do relics up to +20 DMG over their base DMG. (considering h2h skill will boost their DMG by a least +12 at lvl 99 according to some ppl). They might even let you skip the -delay paths for ppl who want their 2 handed weapons to reach a certain hit build.
Good update no doubt.
Well maybe if you stayed I'd come there and sing marchx2
Anyway, it kinda depresses me that this is the introduction and I already can't get it done because I don't have an HNMLS to kill those HNMs for a G.Axe that's slightly better than Perdu (and the god damn model of Byakko's Axe ughhhhhh)
Just from about 20 minutes of looking, you can easily notice there's a pattern in all of this. This is how it works for scythes:
1. Pure Damage Augment
DMG: 93 + 12
DLY: 528
* This is higher than an un-augmented Apocalypse. The correlation seems to be true for all other weapon types as well.
2. Double Attack Augments
DMG:45 + 33
DLY: 518 + 10
Occ. Atk. Twice
DMG:45
DLY: 518 + 10
Occ. Atk. Twice
3. Stat Up Augments
These all have:
DMG: 77 + 20
DLY: 528 - 15
Then, one of:
- STR+4, Attack+15
- VIT+4, Physical Damage Taken -7%
- DEX+4, Acc+12
- AGI+4, Eva+12
- INT+4, MATK+7
- MND+4, MDEF+7
- MP+50, MACC+12
- CHR+4, MEVA+12
4. Stat down augments:
These are all counterparts to (3). Their base stats follows:
DMG: 77 + 23
DLY: 528
And one of:
- Added Effect: Weakens Attack +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Defense +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Accuracy +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Evasion +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Magic Attack +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Magic Defense +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Mag. Acc. +10
- Added Effect: Weakens Mag. Eva. +10
It seems most weapons follow the same pattern. The values differ from weapon to weapon, but the effects seem to be the same. What I don't understand is the difference between the two "Occ. Atk. Twice" weapons. Maybe the proc rate on the low damage one is significantly higher?
Other than that, all relics and mythics only have two augments, both of which just add some amount of DMG.
From the other topic it seems that the "shitty" occ. Twice weapon needs Weaponskills in the path and the good one needs you to farm EX NM itemstwo "Occ. Atk. Twice" weapons. Maybe the proc rate on the low damage one is significantly higher?
For the skillchain theorists:

I scanned this and sorry if I missed it but what mobs does gun have to kill? >:3 I think its obvious 1500 WS or Kills either way just curious what mobs my rng needs to solo
._.; at work so cant check atm~
I was hoping for -DMG 49 for my Excalibur so i'd stop feeding TP, meh good thing i quit last Wednesday.
same i was gonna say i scanned this or maybe i missed but anything about polearm?
System looks pretty legit, thanks for the initial info Sath.
I'm looking forward to the next patch where I can increase the DEF on my Aegis by +2/+5 to a total of 45, after using shield bash 3000 times.
I'd be funny if SE put like damage taken-5/10% for aegis just to make all the other relic holders rage.
Gungnir is 1500 amorphs (+3 dmg I think) followed by 1500 killing blow on lizards(+7 dmg). SHOCK SPIKES YO.
1245 WS to go. Can't force myself to do this any longer right now, lol.
Hope some others are far crazier than I am and can finish this to show us T3 for relics asap.
Seeing how minimal some of the damage increases are for some relics, I think we can be confident that there will be a Tier 3+ to come that may have more substantial benefits.
