question about codecs
Just to confirm something. I recall using virtualdub on my other pc and it allowing me to compress video with Divx, yet on my new pc it doesn't. Does this mean i need to find the Divx codec myself and then virtualdub can compress videos to that format? Similarly, i tried converting a VP6 codec video to a AVI, but Super wouldn't let me. Would the same thing solve this problem? Find a pv6 codec online to be able to convert the video i want?
If that is the case, what in the world am i supposed to pick out of this forest of crap:

Downloading the VP6 codec for the videos on Super didn't seem to fix my problem.
