They all follow the pattern of 50 drops from a Tier-1 VNM in an Abyssea zone.
The T1 VNM in Abyssea are the Empty mobs... Chloris, Carabosse, etc are all 2-key item pops

Has there been any comparison of h2h weapons?
Just looking at them I figure the OAT ones are probably best (since they proc on both hands?) but I'm curious as to how well the max DMG ones compare since I'm not sure I'll be able to get all the items for OAT ones...
Kinematics math of KI shows the max dmg and the occ attack twice ones to be almost equal (w/ the dmg one barely scraping the victory), but showed the occ attack 2-3 times one w/ footwork beating both.
Lol you're thinking the same thing as me. I have my mantis to ZNM path atm. Started up my 2-3 in the mean time. I think I can finish my 2-3 first since I can solo it all. Then once I have those, I'll let them carry me to the max dmg h2h.

So, with dips claiming a 5-hit attack round with Wargfang OAT with the presence of /WAR DA (sure a kick isn't in there?), it would be helpful to examine a frequency distribution of the number of hits in an attack round (using kparser) to see if Magian H2H OAT is a unique flower.

I dont belive Oat from weapon can proc on Oat from trait which would mean that 5 hits (hit+oat+da+OAT+kick)
In that case 2-3 could give you 7hits in one round resulting in some ridicolous dmg (581 base dmg lol) and 101 TP in one TP round. If thats not fixed to
1-4 hits ( 1-3 from weapon + kick) that will be cuz its VERY broken lol.
Has there been any info on the magic acc daggers anywhere?
If they can get over 15+ magic acc per dagger i might consider dual wielding em for threnodies on brd to save invo space.
How often are you /nin and casting those?lol

Five strikes under the effect of Footwork, or five strikes when punching as normal? 'cause the latter is completely possible and not particularly uncommon at all. The former I doubt can happen.

Animation problems aside, with regular DA possibly occurring once per fist, I don't see where five punches is possible.
I didn't state it, but I am referring to claims on Alla that DA "stacks" with Magian OAT (whatever the fuck that means) such that five (or more) punches is possible. This would be similar to Faith having the possibility of six punches with normal DA present.
