Question might be stupid but anyone can confirm that dmg:+10% on weaponskills on trial weapons is 10% to overall dmg from WS or 10% to weapon base dmg while doing ws?

Speaking of Blade: Hi, it says that it's a 4x DMG WS.

Been a while but, that multiplier only applies to the 1st hit in your main hand correct? As in, the offhand hit and any DA procs won't also receive that beefy 4x boost right? Even so, wonder if the 2x damage on the Empyrean stacks with that because Christ, 8x damage WS? O. o

It was tested on Cyclone: DMG+10% dagger, and it's 10% to the entire WS not the DMG. I Have the Keito+1 WS DMG+10% and it seems to be working perfectly~

It won't deal 8x DMG.
WS deals quadruple dmg but the 2X dmg is Aftermath after you use the WS , weapon will occasionally deals double dmg on regular melee hits , doubt it will apply to the next WS if you have TP by the time aftermath effect is still on.

Yah, I wouldn't get too excited about Rudra's Storm just yet. It looks very promising but as stated, the data sets provided were not controlled that well and there are glaring inconsistencies when you attempt to work backwards from the damage numbers in some cases.

Why not though? AM from Relics and Mythics apply to WS, assuming you're using it again after having previously triggered it. It's obvious I admit that this time around why there would be an exception, but you never know.

stacked with SATA and good ws gear it's pretty damn nuts. i average 1.2-1.5 on "boss-type" monsters outside of abyssea and can touch 1.5 pretty easy. i've had the occasional 2-2.5's but i'm sure those were doub/trip attack procs if it's even possible. EDIT: wanted to add this, did Chesma and Tammuz yesterday and averaged 1.7-1.8k rudra's on both mobs. dunno how they rate in difficulty. all stacked with SA/TA

solo, it's nothing too great. it's on par with DE/EV but sometimes i get super low numbers which i'm starting to think is because it's multi hit (animation is two) but who knows these days with things like tornado kick being 3. a plus to using it over other WS is that it also weighs down the target and is super potent/effective. it's stuck on every mob i've hit except mobs known to be immune to gravity. the grav effect from rudra's also is -10evasion (tested). so using the ws also buffs everyone hitting the mob, which is pretty sweet. the grav usually lasts for at least 1min so you could solo DE/EV in there while waiting to time a good SA/TA RS, unless the mob is squishy cause RS will still rape em.

I think my point is that Cloudsplitter is elemental which means its naturally going to suck on WAR. However, it could be a replacement for Primal Rend on BST. Is it just all around fail?

got a couple more ufo organs to get then i'll have a gorget. pretty lame stuff, gonna get some tumblers and random other stuff to try and boost my dex. using yellow curry bun. no other buffs but haste etc. someone with bamf gear will really shine with this ws.

How many coins do you have? I've seen you talk about the trials before coins a few times now, which can all be done in less than a day, and are really not relevant. If you have no coins and are expecting to get them in a single day, you're in for a bit of a surprise.

group i -should- be able to go with this weekend does WoE for 5-6 hours. I'm not real worried. And trust me, the t2 trials are quite relevant when you're soloing them. Don't have a ton of options for damage while pinning.

hence the qualifier, "should", in my post about the coins. Yes i know rates are ass. Yes i know i'll be pounding my head against the keyboard collecting them, but they have to drop eventually. Nothing wrong with being hopeful.
