Ok guys since this is a ranged WS and such. What do I need to do for you guys to figure out the wsc, mods, and fTP, etc? I'm open to doing almost anything? A buddy of mine thinks Razed Ruin could make this ws beat Sidewinder inside of Abyssea. I'm skeptical of that of course...

Is doing Carabosse without RR or Eve atma, with MNK/RDM/BRD - just a waste of time? or can you still kill it?

I'm working on trying to get those atma, but RR is the only atma that we're probably closer to getting soon.

It was doing about 1450 to the low level bees and bats out there. I'm just speculating because I know Sidewinder hits them for 3k-ish.

Your damage on bees and bats outside Jeuno could possibly be skewed in favor of Sidewinder because it is a 1-hit WS and Jishnu's is 3-hit. If one hit's damage is enough to kill a target, that's all you're going to see. Also, it seems that based off of the description that the WS requires three arrows to use. If you could, track your arrow count when using the WS on lower level targets to see if additional arrows are being consumed on weaker targets.

Otherwise real testing on the WS's effectiveness will probably hinge on its comparison to Sidewinder on tougher monsters.

Also, there's Razed Ruin with DEX+50 for the modifier and increased crit chance/damage. Take the bow to Abyssea and see how it performs there.
