Has anyone checked to see if the Nyzul version of the NMs count towards the weapons?

When you read the trial details it specifies the zone you should kill it in (except for the T2 VNMs), so I'd assume Nyzul is a no-go.

Nyzul NMs don't count for "The Miraculous Dale" so there is a precedent for the game looking for the specific NM and not a pop of it in nyzul. [note: I haven't checked, just sayin]

On popping La Velue in Batillia Downs (S), which mob is the placeholder if any? Currently trying to figure this one out to speed up the killing of this thing so I can proceed with tier 6 gun.

It is not one of the following: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 28, or 29.

Furthermore, all 29 in that cluster were up within 10 minutes of the NM dying. Maybe it's true lotto with no minimum respawn timer? Anyway, placeholders can be found in G-7 and H-7, but not in more than the bottom quarter of the squares. Some placeholders can also be found as far east as I-8 before the mountains/wall.

I see. Having gone an hour into Helldiver's lottery window and having yet to see that stupid rat with wings, I'm hoping that the Occ. Atk. Twice for the wargs happens to be for both fists.

Update on La Velue, his placeholder is either the 10th or 22nd in the cluster of Smilodons around G/H-8. I'll probably know for sure after the next kill.

Edit: Absolutely certain it's #10 now.

any clever way to kill 100 leeches under weather condition ? caedarva mire camping was sick.

Thread Leeches in Pashow Marshlands [S], along the path on the West side of the map. Three sets of 3-5 leeches each, Thunder and Rain weather happen regularly enough there. All are EP-DC to 75.

They not to hard to kill with my duo partner.

1 Earth day + Earth Weather right after gave me time to kill 20 due to their long repop timers and only 5 spawns ;;

170 left to go out of the 200...

Are the multihit version of 2hand weapons better than their best non relic counterparts? For example, G.axe vs Perdu Voulge in merit party or LS events excluding HNM fight, assuming they all have 45% proc rate?

They are, by far. They could be even better than relic or at least close. Those weapons are broken if they are 45%.

Has anyone actually run some numbers to support this? G.katana is probably the most complicated one. (Hagun vs. Magian vs. Soboro)

I ran number on scythe and GS and they aren't even close. I would assume Polearm is the same since it is a better version of Love Halberd. For GK, it probably wouldn't be close either consider how little base damage has to do with your WS damage (the 50% str mod lowers the impact of base dmg), and high delay just means better hit build. For Hagun you are looking at the 20% higher WS, but with this weapon, you are looking at 45% (lower since you have some DA from /war and other stuff) more DoT and more WS. The base dmg is only a 10% difference, and even less counting fstr and WS modifier. I say it is not even close.

OMG THIS^ Makes this trial a lot easier. The group I was doing it with was just killing randomly, and it took forever to pop. Not anymore!

The last pop I was present at took barely an hour to pop after getting the right target. It's not bad at all, and #10 usually pops in G-8, although La Velue I'm not as certain about.

Ok I gave up on this method most of the day at least... WAAAY to slow...

The best thing and what im doing now is only doing Trial on Earth Days....

124 kills left now...

1 Earth day in Kuftal Tunnel with 2x SAM/DNC partners and me on RDM/NIN gave me roughly 45 kills.

So in about 23 hours = 3 more Earth Days, then I should have my Finished product^^

anyone know the best place to do spiders in either earth fire lightning or light weather?

I went to boyahda tree thinking that would be best, but lightning is popping so rarely that I'd rather switch to someplace better (and not sync hopefully.

Wajoam Woodlands / Thickets outside Al Zhabi has wind. Mamook does as well.
Kuftal has Wind. Tree has Lightning.

Your best bet is Tree as it has the most and lowest level. Find an army of blms and -ga. LS is sitting in tree doing it atm. Lol.

Sword and shield combo with Genbu's for Rdm/Blu? It'd totally gimp your dmg compared to Joy, but adds 5% reduction in dmg taken.

Has anyone considered the Additional Effect: Lowers Magic Attack +10 as a pld sword? I could see that being pretty significant on some fights where the enemy has strong magic aoe. Maybe ~10% reduction?
