I guess if there was some super stressful way to earn gil where you had to pay attention for 11 hrs straight and not blink, it'd be hard, but as far as I can tell every source of income is relatively the same difficulty, the only thing that separates easy from hard is how much you get in X amount of time. Doing salvage is no easier or harder than killing an NM in abyssea for an AHable drop which is no easier or harder than mining Zhayolm (which ofc is worthless now) which is no easier or harder than killing an NM and selling a r/e drop...the only thing that makes the money "easier" is how much you get for how much time...or is there some other thing I'm missing?
I mean, I guess there's incidental earnings, but that's about it, and those can really come from anywhere also.
