Yea, it's been 2 weeks. I had 1 bud from a long time ago. First night I rly started to get at it was either the 1st or 2nd of this month. That's when my oldest screen shots in tahrongi start.

Wow, you finally got those h2h. That was longgggg overdue. You were main job mnk with no so much gil and near perfect gear for the years. I hate seeing people bangwagon our job. (I Been MNK main forever and my other job is BLM for stuff that mnk couldnt do back then) BUt its still flattering to see ppl like the mnk job now.

After I get my last peice of equipment (the af3+2 head), I'm ready for chloris. I got 30mil gil as backup too to bribe ppl into helping with chloris or worm. Everyone is telling me they finished in 2 weeks or less so now i'm motivated too... my dream weapon has long been overdue too.
Hurts me to see ppl getting empyrean/relics with the crappiest gear ever so glad you got yours. I capped chi-blast,chakra and WS set already and missing 1 TP peice then I'm going balls out. Wall of text... congrats Tigerwoods.

People dont used to really like the mnk job, but sadly or rather conviniently, SE made this 3 add on MNK super friendly and people go for easy mode.

We used to have afew really good mnks before abyssea, and maybe even during vision but after scar and heroes, everyone made the MNK job look so cheap now

Those good MNKs became average. Even my MNK got +2 H2H woe weapon, full MNK AF+2s etc and can be almost as good (sadly for the fact i barely touch MNK. Just lvl to solo briareus and proc blues)

"Grab a MNK and WHM and you can do everything" special promotion zzzzzzzzz even people with wtf/confused gear can tank every shit with the usual atmas and ascetic fury

EVERY newb abyssea group i seen so far go for the 2 MNK and whm combo and kill NMs easily is what disgusted me

the worse abuse i seen so far is a EVASION mnk, with evasion h2h magian weapon, tanking the sandworm in attohwa while PLD(LOL) WHM RDM just spam cure on him and the kannagi NIN stay behind only to go in and WS......seriously wtf? but hey they still get the job done after 15 mins!!!!

I haven't even bothered starting the level 90 trial for my Almace. :< I just don't think I can handle that sort of bs atm. You sir are a trooper... or crazy. >.>

Wouldn't Kikoku still be the best offhand katana even without ATT+35 thanks to it's DMG/delay?

I think the delay is high enough that you would actually gain tp slower.

In terms of raw DPS maybe... but pretty sure OA2-4 or Kamome still beats it if you've got Blade: Hi access.

OA2-4 is trash, feel like I'm beating a dead horse by now... Don't see why Hi changes whether or not Kamome is the optimal offhand (it is, at least inside Abyssea).
