question about the aeolian edge burning a few pages back with the 1,700, that I assume was at 300% damage, but what build were you using? I assume stacking as much MAB gear as possible and proper gorget / belt? best I was able to do at 300% just messing around was I think 1,300 at 300% bumped up when I took RR off in place of Beyond cause im lacking other MAB atmas D:

demon rings from tahrongi
INT gears like osode maats cap

atma of ultimate and baying moon is bare minimum anyone should have for MAB, 3rd atma if you dont have a decent MAB one, just use MM

They never do, I'm quiet disgusted as to who they've been giving this shit too, I was kinda shock to see someone with all HQ +1 AF3, Uther's Grip, Hauby +1 and other questionable gear with a Masamune, but hey its easy to get when you don't have 40+ people camping it lol, think I'm going to give it a we days or so, that or start going at mid JP time, don't see as many in the zone at that time.

I can't tell you how many times JPs pull a catarai or some spawn mob to MPK the dnc on my server... shit is ANNOYING every time you need to kill something there is some random faggot dnc trying to solo it for no reason.

1700 was with ascetic I think w/o it it was about 1500. the gear I used was fast pick up equip from what I had (I forgot moldi and diamond for example(used Rajas instead)) and it was:

Spent 8 hours today farming sobeks to come up with a pitiful skin count. 20 people camping guks doesn't make for fast building. Especially with the NM timers being 15min now every gimp and their fucking mom is upgrading an empy ironically making the process longer. inb4 "go in off times"; JPs/NAs stay up late, EUs cover the rest, shit sux.

i spent 27 hours farming Gutz for only about 4 hours was it not heavily camped and it wasn't a block of 4 hours it was random 30 min's during that time period but we got a lv 85 kannagi finished only 3 more to go ~.~

+1'ing this. 9 times out of 10 if you arrive at a ??? and it's nowhere in sight, you will find some full pink DNC solo'ing the NM in some corner and taking 30 minutes to get no drops.

Think I remember reading from a previous person that got it, that the WS beats Wheeling Thrust but not Drakesbane outside of Abyssea. Within, Torment can't crit so Drakes usually deals out more.
