Title's from clearing zones via quest/atma acquisition.

I think Conqueror comes from clearing 8/9 zones.

Completing X amount of Abyssea zones.

You get a title for completing 1 zone (Visitor iirc), and another title for 2, for 3, etc. ending w/ Savoir (or Hero?) of Abyssea for all 9 zones.

Completion as in all the atma, quests, and abyssites for that zone.

I see 7 Emps there and "i think most of these were started/finished in the last week" so thats like 1 empy per day. I assume some part of the job was done so about 1,5 day per empy, that frequency require rather low competition.
