Yeah, Twashtar isn't that hot. It increases my DPS about 10% over a statless Kila +2. It's still the best mainhand for dancer though.

? The problem with it seems to be the WS, so there's no point in even making the WOE version. Though it is a woeful weaponskill.

Can you have two, for example, Khanda +2s if one's OAT and the other is DA+x?

I've seen plenty of talk of people assuming you cannot, because they are the same name and it contains a [Rare] tag, but I've never heard of anyone proving it. Theoretically, they should have different internal ID tags since they are different stats, and to my recollection, there has never been any two Rare item of the same name that were actually different items til Magian was introduced.

Twashtar is better for thf since they can crit Rudra's, if you stack it with SA/TA every 30 seconds, you could easily keep ODD up.

In my experience, there are a few uses for main handing the Twashtar

1. When I'm fighting something that doesn't turn like Cerb/Hydra/Khimira. In these situations I can get away with SARudra when timer's up. TARudra when appropriate(having a co-tank, etc). Solo Evis otherwise.

2. Fighting something you need to trigger red on. In this situation, I simple go in, Energy Drain/Cyclone then if it hasn't triggered yet, I'd build tp to 100% then turn. Once red is triggered, I'd SA AC Rudra and usually, the NM dies around the time terror wears off or shortly after.

That's....about it, sad to say. I've been hearing these amazing stories and numbers of Mercy Stroke coming from a lv90 Mandau (5k+ spike on Apademak with no buffs, wut) so once I kill Q 3 more times, I don't know if it'll be anymore than an amazing off-hand weapon.
