This solo is much more time consuming and difficult than Briareus so keep this in mind if you plan on attempting it. I tried to get friends to help as much as I could because doing this whole path solo pretty much made me want to vomit half the time. Use the auction house as much as you can to buy any pop items that appear. Bloody Fangs and Alkaline Humus are always up because people farm them so much and it's not uncommon to find other pop items as well. You'll almost never find Baleful Skulls and if you need to farm more than a few pop items you may want to consider coming on THF subjob first and then changing to /WAR (best for everything from now until Chloris.)
Halimede
This NM is troublesome, perhaps the most difficult part of the solo. I never really found any tricks to it other than hoarding 300% TP until it does Chainspell and then sort of zerging it down (use GH/RR/Apoc and use temp items to keep yourself alive.) Remedies may be a worthwhile investment because Paralyga can fuck you over. Fool's Drinks and such are great because they prevent Paralyze altogether, just wait til it's about 50% HP before you use it. You don't need to proc anything, the Shriveled Wing is a 100% drop.
Vetehinen
There is nothing remarkable about this. Tarnished Pincer is a 100% drop.
Cannered Noz
This NM will reraise after you kill it if starts with TP and uses Corpse Breath (which is then followed by spellcasting.) You can use this to your advantage in a few ways. When you kill it, immediately start running. It'll get up and try to use Corpse Breath and you'll get the "player is too far away" message. Keep on moving (you can pause for a second to recast Ni if you like) and it'll start casting on you. You can get out of range of every single one of its spells this way. This is extremely helpful as it has some pretty nasty spells it can do (Paralyga, Graviga, Blizzaga III/IV, Death.) There are generally two ways to handle it after this, /WAR or /DNC. /DNC is safest because you can use Violent Flourish to stun it's second spell cast (it will be dead before it attempts a third) or you can use /WAR with full DD atmas (RR/VV/Apoc or RR/GH/Apoc) and attempt to kill it before it casts again (usually pretty successful.) A Stalwart's Tonic may be handy to cap out your accuracy/attack for doing that. If your gear is good, it shouldn't be too hard to kill that way and is somewhat ideal as /DNC is inconvenient if you're soloing this (lose out on red procs, have to change subjobs takes time, etc.) You can also zombie with Apoc atma if you have bad luck. Exorcised Skull is a 100% drop.
Gancanagh
Using Mounted Champion/RR/GH for this and a full evasion build is best. You want full evasion to reduces its counter rate, you're damage output will actually be higher this way. Make sure to Kurayami and Yonnin as well. You don't even need to cast Utsusemi this way, really. Acidic Humus is a 100% drop.
For the following NMs, you can deaggro them using Hojo: Ni and good timing at a conflux. Like the Briareus NMs, you should do this every time you are unable proc the weakness.
Ophanim
I hated doing this one because so many pop items are at stake. You should use Mounted Champion/Stronghold/Razed Ruins (need two regen atma or Blaze Spikes will cause too many problems) and bring some Remedies or rogue Hex Eyes can ruin your day (it's very potent.) Make sure you're stocked up on temp items too because bad luck (Blaze Spikes, lots of ga spells & very strong Death Ray) can kill you. Make sure to use Myoshu/Yurin too. It occasionally has a Terror aura although it's not very potent and isn't much of a threat.
Treble Noctules
Sometimes this guy is really strong, other times he's weak, not really sure why. He can drain your buffs after using Train Fall I think and he hits pretty fast. Landing Kurayami is hard, so I recommend using full evasion for all of those reasons. I never encountered a 2000+ critical hit, although I rarely got hit, so I can't really remark on if that really occurs. I used MC/GH/RR.
Hedetet
You should bring some antidotes for this to rectify Venom Breath (it's pretty strong poison, maybe 30 HP/tick if I remember correctly.) It gains a regain trait and perhaps conserve TP trait and also the ability to use Hell Scissors while under the effect of Mighty Strikes. Hell Scissors goes through Utsusemi and can either do 4k+ damage (killing you instantly) or knock you into critical HP (at which poison will kill you in one tick or so, if you didn't bring antidotes.) There are two countermeasures to this. The first is to simply start kiting when it activates Mighty Strikes. You can't escape it really, but you'll run out of range of Hell Scissors when it attempts to use it. The other method is to simply cast Migawari instead of kiting. I only recommend doing this if you have Iga Ningi +1/+2 to cast it, otherwise the critical HP Hell Scissors will still proc leaving you vulnerable to die from some breath attack later on. Other than that it's pretty easy. It doesn't have great accuracy or attack speed. I used RR/GH/MC.
Chukwa
You need at least one Regen atma for this. It's not a difficult fight, but you can die if you're overzealous. Upon first aggroeing it, wait to see what it casts. If it starts doing a ga spell run out of range (30 yalms from it.) If it's AM2 you can go in and start meleeing to find the weakness. There are a few things to keep in mind while doing this. If it starts casting a ga spell on you and you sense that it's going to WS soon, you need to start running even if you know you won't get out of range in time. The reason being is that it can often follow the casting with a Tortoise Stomp, which in succession can be fatal. This occurs often when its HP breeches 80% or so and it starts to use Mighty Strikes. When you've proc'd the weakness, killing it in a reasonable amount of time becomes the primary agenda. Save your TP and use it when it's casting or when it's out of the shell. Doing so will allow you do to full damage weaponskills and the faster you do damage to him, the more he uses Mighty Strikes (thus leaving him vulnerable for a longer amount of time.) Remember you can always run away from it to let your regen atma heal you if you make a mistake. If you find you're unable to proc the weakness, there are two methods of deaggroing. You can cause him to use Mighty Strikes and then kite until it deaggros, or you can just use the conflux.
Chloris
You want THF subjob for this, TH2 far outweighs the benefit of any other subjob and you're wasting an immense amount of time/effort without it. I find RR/GH/Mounted Champion with full evasion (again, Counter, and also to not die from Hundred Fists) to work the best. Bring Holy Water to counteract Fatal Scream. Recast Ni after it casts Graviga and, if your HP is starting to lower, you can use Ichi at some points too. Use a Stalwart's Tonic to make it go by faster and also make sure you have other temp items in case bad luck with evasion overcomes your regen atma. It's not a very exciting fight. If you position your back up against one of the trees you pop it by, you shouldn't get aggro from Iratham.
