Just finished all the trials for Occasionally attacks twice GK, will test proc rate shortly.
edit: What would be a good method at finding out exact proc rate?

Sub not-WAR, unequip DA gear, go parse yourself killing lesser colibri for hours on end and view extra attack %.

Run KParser and don't be too buffed up with Haste. No DA of course.

Using KParser additional attacks column and hitting stuff alot (see: zanshin test). Initial impressions?

parse on campain fortification while doing something else(if your server dont control every no agro zone)
no da gear, no da trait...

Personnally, when i tested Mkrys proc rates, i used PLD/rdm on Fortifications TheEldiemeNecropolis[S], with KParser and some hecatomb gears.
in one single Campaign Battle (~40mins), i managed to collect a significantly enough parse size. A bare minimum is 500-600 hits.

Have yet to parse but it has the Joyeuse proc rate feel for sure. Definitely isn't a low proc rate.

On SAM you can't use Kparser, have to do it manually and only use the hits that actually hit. Zanshin, etc.

... very very very relieved to hear it has a high procrate.

be sure to test with /war and brutal as well to see of you see a tripple attack. and test if it procs on WS ( you should have one ( or two) more tp return than usual if it procs).

pretty sure no weapon can multiple proc on weaponskills.

90% sure it cannot proc on WS, will test if it can triple attack with /war and brutal later.

Mythics and Jailer weapons can triple on regular attacks, would be interesting if Magians can too. I'm going to go with "WS proc never ever happens". Could you test Jump for us? Oh and let me be a not-dick for once and give you a pre-emptive but well-deserved congrats.

Mythics and Jailer weapons can triple on regular attacks, would be interesting if Magians can too.

I've never seen my mythic triple attacking in almsot a year.
Mythics' "occ. attack twice" can proc on WS's like "Double Attack" but it doesn't stack with the stat itself like jailer weapons do on normal swings, so they can't turn 2-hits into 3.

We killed it a total of 10 times and 10 bottled pixies dropped.

This is the high priest northwest of the castle doors. I'm uncertain whether there are others in the area (or if they also have a 100% drop rate) but wiki does show 5 spawns.

The high delay on all these weapons are SE's way of trying to make them not overpowering. They have failed miserably on that aspect however.... shows you again that they don't know anything about their own game.
