Major thanks to my ls for helping me despite the you know what XD My MNK is only 22 BUT I am going to start leveling it up shortly so we can have another spot tank in case of emergencies.

PPS In discussing with a uber WAR in my shell, he has suggested for Atmas RR GH AoA. However, I feel I was getting far better numbers RR SA AoA. Any thoughts on this?

It's a little worse than SS, although it would probably catch up if you're spending enough time in between monsters.

@above Why wouldn't it be good for PUP lol? VS may be a smaller increase over Pummel, but the weapon still has aftermath and good DPS.

Nothing's ever going to compare to kenkonken outside abyssea, and maybe not even inside.

There was a PUP on Ramuh who had both Kenkonken and Veret and he was saying Kenkonken sux when compering to Veret. I'm pretty sure he meant inside abyssea but I'm not sure. I'm not sure if he had any idea about mechanic of this game but from what I heard he know how to play PUP.

Sounds like he's dumb. Stringing pummel with the mythic WS boost will do more than smite, and for melee mythics saving to 300tp every few minutes is worth it for the oat aftermath.

Don't forget OAT can proc during WS, I think it is either that it can proc once or that only the first hit has the chance to DA. But either way, it adds more to the WS damage.

The main problem with WS damage inside abyssea on pummel is that it's already 6 hits so so like Evis it's limited to 8 and hurts a little from that.

OAT is not ODD. Occasionally Attack Twice from Mythic aftermath is a unique OAT that can proc on WS. All known ODD can't.

Serious question. How much % of PUP damage is melee automaton? 20? 10? 5? Assuming you focus on your damage not spamming maneuvers for no reason (unless at some point spamming maneuvers is now a way to improve overall damage but last time I heard it's opposite). I always tho about KKK as ultimate weapon if a fight require focus on fighting mainly fight automaton with you staying back ( solo with BLM or RNG or kite fights ). It obviously was best PUP melee weapon before Veret but it was mostly known from reducing overload. Anyone know how much - delay gives 90 KKK? That could be deciding factor in favor of KKK beating Veret in pure damage.

I thought relics could? I had played since 02 so maybe i'm a bit fuzzy, but at some point didnt they proc on ws?
