I've never seen as high as 3.4k. He has never one-shotted me on DNC with 2.2k HP or WAR with ~2.4k HP (Shell V, 65 scales worth). Also, I don't think I've ever resisted Fire Break, even when I used Brother Wolf Atma with Barfira. It might be Fire-based, but I think it's likely as unresistable as Glavoid's move. Perhaps there's more to it.

Can you guys dispel his Haste? I've never had much luck actually making him attack slower after dispelling it.

I thought all of Itz's moves (self buff/attacks) were effected by current debuffs cast on it?

Either way, the only dangerous part of Itz is not having a dispel.

Idk I was solo tanking on PLD. I had around 30MDT in TP gear. I had no dispel and it had max 2 debuffs on it (step and dia) but usually none and I still got hit by 3400 and 3190 fire breaks.

I am pretty certain dispelling Haste lowers his attack speed. I could usually notice when we did and when we didn't have a dispel. I also don't remember # of debuffs mattering for anything but Exuviation numbers, but it has been a good bit since I've done Itza. (And Fire Break does suck, but I don't remember it breaking 3k on myself either, and whenever I'd die, I'd die because I was meleeing it through some godawful spikes or missing HP from something else)

Only exuviation matters for debuffs, with fire carol 2 and barfira resisted fire break quite a bit, even a few 0s mostly 200 imo with a moderate amount in the 1.4k range. Dispelling haste has a noticeable effect. The fights were honestly cake. 2 mins per fight, longest part was prodding th and grellow. Killed the last 3 in 15 minutes because we only procced th.

Idk why you would even bring a pld to this, let alone solo tank it unless it was early in abysseas release.

I have way over 350 stones, I activated account in Sept and got Abyssea and play nearly every day going into Abyssea multiple times daily, dunno how I have that many, have all +time and -restock time Abysites, 30 pieces of +2 emp etc to prove I have been in a lot...

He has ochain and almace Duh his pld is so good it almost replaces Drg in Abyssea.

Because I was there as PLD/dnc, whm, blm, naked thf and 4boxed (blm for few yellow at start then pretty much useless beside wipe/bind/nuke). I was avg 4 Tunga KI per 30min (very often 2 per pull in chests). I was able to pull Tunga + all chigoes and kill Tunga in a matter of 20 sec maybe and with fealty up she can suck me ( I could actually kill her in 10 sec with 4x CDC +2x light but i didnt want ruby ). I did 30 scales and 11 fangs (just because I had pop sets from chests so didnt like the idea to throw away so many KI) in one go and 20 scales next day. I was also playing very relaxing tbh because I can kill Itz on PLD in less then 2min by pulling all chigoes but there was too many JPs around and I am not comfort with boxing (was my first time my teammate was on vacation). I cant imagine faster farm then I did on PLD. I was getting all wamouras and all erucas for cleave too and avg 2-4 triggers for pop and when I do it on other job just killing one by one it sometime takes forever to get a trigger. PLD has 9 red stagger too, so same as my NIN because I lack the polearm :/

PLD is just to comfortable to farm pop sets in attohwa and if you are not 3boxing its even better when you can solo cleave while everyone else working on finishing KI on NMs.

PLD also doesn't require changing atmas for cleave I was using RR,GH,apoc and it doesn't matter if AE is doing 800 damage when you have TP ready for next before animation of previous is finished

Congrats. I'll tell you, skill ups were loads more fun when you could push the mobs shit in with Ukko's Fury every couple of seconds.

other weapons are jobs that i dont even use (not even 1% of the time): staff, club, polearm, scythe(thought about it as i was doing ukon, but some pup friend decided to ride on my free chloris sets when i cleave), shield(63 souls atm but dont wanna go through azdaja zzz and i havent use PLD since the last time ifrit unlocked splitting heirs at 75 cap lol)

maybe dagger?! but i done WoE version and i dont really wanna go through glavoid again -_-

Glavoid stage was pretty easy for me, just shout to buy them for like 300k each (the sets) and go kill em. I would always get people, sometimes free if they wanted +2 or something. A lot of people sell them that are cleaving for Chloris.
