Let me see if I can explain:
Cheese is hard to eat when it is just sitting there, and it's arguably unspreadable and needs to be refrigerated. Making it spreadable and putting it in a can makes it much easier to apply to things and eat. Hence the name "Easy Cheese." This is a technological improvement of an earlier product, "Cheez Whiz," which was a spreadable cheese-flavored substance used in (among other things) the Philly Cheesesteak.
For instance, say that you have a pile of mashed potatoes and say to yourself, "I have mashed potatoes, but what I really wanted for dinner tonight was CHEESY mashed potatoes." Boom! Easy Cheese and wish granted!
Then say you're looking at your string beans and you say to yourself, "I have string beans, but what I really wanted for dinner tonight was CHEESY string beans." Bam! Easy Cheese saves the day!
Then you're looking at your glass of milk, and you say to yourself, "I have a glass of milk, but what I really wanted was a CHEESY-substance floating in my glass of milk." Zomph~! Easy Cheese to the rescue.
Swizz cheese is delicious but I'm not eating it because of diet. Cheese in can sound like 100% US food yeah... I would throw out just from looking at this coming out of this can lol.
Other countries still eat the turd meat from animals and call it delicious. I don't eat easy cheese, and think attributing easy cheese to WTF entire nation as asinine, but yeah.
A few asian countries eat dog/cat/rat/cricket/etc~
Various countries eat various different types of foods, who knew

Also as a British native, Steak and Kidney pie is nomnomnom.
Black Pudding, on the other hand, is the most repulsive thing ever, though my fiancé loves a bit of black sausage.
Um... Hot dogs are basically small versions of some random food from the british isles in the first place. I think it's haggis?
Doubt American hot dogs are made from sheep's heart, liver and lungs encased in stomach lining.
Edit: by the way haggis is absolutely delicious too. Can't believe Americans are so squeamish considering all the horrible shit that goes into their processed food (not that the UK doesn't have its fair share of that too).
You should really look up what are in Hot Dogs (and I don't even mean Hebrew Nationals).
Or stop buying sausages/hot dogs made in a factory 7 states over and actually get to know a good butcher. I have 2 I can go to in easy driving range between work & home, and I never have to fear of ground up assholes in my sausages... hot dogs or otherwise.
Insert "it's made of people!" picture for lolz.
Nothing wrong with eating animal assholes
