Part of the Empyrean set. If you're going to idle in hands and feet, might as well idle in ammo and scarf too. And actually, that might be the empy earring too. I have no clue what that looks like because it's terrible.

not emp earring , but i usually walk around town in either Full AF3+2 with accessories or full AF2+2 with accessories. Then again I off hand almace in town too
