Nah. My comparison between those weapons before update was strictly for VW only since it was pretty much only relevant event. Vere wins at VW because you can keep AM3 and you have temps boosting you crit rate and fight is on avg shorter than Impetus will last on you.

Events where ODD aftermath will be down a lot and you will most likely take advantage from counters which are:
Nyzul, Salvage, Dynamis, Legion (probably) Spharai wins (assuming you have perfect equip to support both weapons).

Events when you can keep AM3 and/or have great boost to your crit rate/dmg or/and fight is shorter than Impetus which are:
VW and abyssea Veret wins.

Einherjar is a little different. Because ODD will probably be up all the time on Veret but Spharai will still win just with lower advantage.
