102 less delay. Not sure the xhit problems that creates but 12 damage for 100delay isn't a bad tradeoff for a Gun.

Raw damage wise it's inferior to an Armageddon (dunno about Annihilator, but that isn't a factor since it's COR) but... it's a hand cannon. Surely that accounts for something.

Idk, arma would still have an advantage with 20 extra AGI and 12 extra base damage. While the base damage doesn't come close to alleviating the diffrence in QD damage entirely, it does a decent bit.

Death Penalty's major boon is QD damage increase, in an ideal QD set you're looking at 914 for Arma and 1357 for Death Penalty assuming no resist and no monster MDB with a maximum reduced recast of 40s, that's about 664 extra QD damage per minute for the Death Penalty assuming flawless execution of Quick Draw on cooldown.

Most major thing I could see coming out of a Death Penalty is the r.acc bonus for legion.
