Not sure how I underestimated those values, when you nearly copied them with your numbers. I'll admit that Kurodachi's WS's will be slightly higher due to the 33% chance of overflowing(so 1/3 WS's being fired at ~117 for a higher Ftp). But oddly, Hagun has an overflow rate of 14%, which also creates a similar situation. It's actually funny how Hagun with 15% DA, has a 14% overflow. Yet Kurodachi with ~49% DA has only a 33% overflow, cause it's high DA actually protects it from getting into a situation that can cause an overflow(By having a higher chance of ignoring the one case of overflow).
My Kurodachi was a bit behind where it should, simply cause I forgot to take into account overflow for hagun, which puts it at 24% more WS's than hagun, compared to hagun's 25% more powerfull WS's. Which only puts Hagun up by a small margine on WS damage. Leaving only melee damage, which at it's base DoT is 17% better than hagun. So yes, in situations where more than 20% of your damage comes from melee, Kuro would slowly pull ahead. But by no means "Trump" Hagun. I still see it as a sidegrade only.
Along a similar vien, Soboro produces 39% more WS's than Hagun(17% more than kurodachi) taking overflow into account, as well as 10% more melee damage(kuro is 7% better than soboro). Ofcourse all of this is on paper, and I still use Hagun in just about every situation. So if you really think Kurodachi "Trumps" Hagun, Should take a look at that soboro that already "Trumps" Kurodachi.
Edit: one final note, Meditate isn't even considered in the previous number of WS's for either weapon, which I think we could both agree heavily favors Hagun.
