A lot of this stuff goes over my head (I usually only deal with hand-to-hand) but that made sense of it all.

Finally finished my OaT Scythe and did 1 test on birds and I was impressed. I did a bird party with BRD COR DNC SAM/WAR (Polearm) DRK/SAM (OaT scythe) and WHM/SCH and this was the result. Buffs were March x2 Haste Samba (capped merits) Hunters Roll & Chaos Roll.

BRD/NIN (Twotone)
COR/WAR (Altkey)
DNC/NIN (Erutheone)
SAM/WAR (Illuvian)
DRK/SAM (Crucial)
WHM/SCH (Tsukiiyo)

For the grip I was using Platinum Grip +1 which worked out really well, but I'm going to play around with it more on Mamools & try out Sword Grip. I will post my TP setup in a little bit.

My normal hits were doing exceptionally well. 190-200ish from eye-balling it, I really can't remember. I did a few Spiral hells because I was sitting at 300 tp after swinging like crazy from Last Resort & Hasso. Threw in a few Insurgencys in there for the lulz but yeah.

The Platinum Grip definitely worked out nice throwing stun on mobs so they will be stun locked and dead lol. If I can get a half decent merit party without building one I'll play around with it more.

Average per hit is on the first parse he posted, average of 156 a swing.

No this guy always just manages to ask stupid crap in most of his posts I see and it annoys me to hell. I mean really especially bg with blitz/turban or gtfo what else would you think it is? Only like 3 rings share that model and only one is a DD ring.

The merit parties I make usually consists of DDs that I personally know and play aggresive and healers I can trust. The pick-up people are usually the BRDs & CORs. I will take SS's of their TP & WS sets and post them also their playstyles.
