Wasn't he always a taru?
Wasn't he always a taru?
is he?! idk really first time i see SS of himself ^^
Can i see a pic of the resist set? I'm waiting for a rdm freind to come back from Jamaica to lowman a friend's krabkatoa.(i want th4 on so gotta wait)
Is there a spot where 2 rdm can bounce on the epic fence? If the spot only works solo ill smack some TH on and then change to rdm and nuke or something.
Wiki says that popping a T3 MAY break your crystal upon pop.. Anyone know what the break chances are on that?
its 100%
If bouncing, you can try using the area near Ronf-Jugner zone in the past. The is like a big stairway and you can park 1 guy up top and one guy below. Can get like a ~10 second leeway between bounces.
Water Resist Set:
Jupiters (+20)
Augmented Lamia Kaman (+9)
Duelist's Chapeau (For Refresh)
Merrow 17's Locket (+30)

Scorpion Harness (+15)
Sapphire Ring (+9)
Sapphire Ring (+9)
Umbra Cape
Lightning Belt (+20)
Blood Cuisses (+21)
Warlock's Boots (+10)
I've always been taru btw![]()
You can bounce @ the fence though. Just have one stand at what's named the "Buff" spot, in the screenshot, and another at the "Nuking" spot. If shit goes wrong, you can just go and stand on the other to make it turn anyway.
It's really just so simple.
Edit: Unless you're trying to be '20 from eachother I guess.
The few times I've duo'd on that fence, its incredibly easy as would be expected. Just operate in unison instead of forcefully trying to bounce the mob. Both people can stand at the side close enough to nuke as the mob makes is silly path around, and nuke, then walk away, and so on. The only time I ever stop the motion of any mob on that fence is Yacumama when it 2h's because it hauls serious ass with 2h active. Other than that, as long as you're nuking in tandem, not trying to bounce the mob back and forth, its as easy as solo, just way faster.
Also, the nuke and rebuff spot are considered on the same level? (not sure what word to use here) so the mob will be attacking you at both spots from the opposite side of the fence. The only reason I nuke to the right and rebuff to the left is distance. You can just squeak a nuke in as the mob is rounding the fence from the right, and standing to the left forces the mob to take a deeper path down the hill to get to you, giving you maybe 1-2 extra seconds to get buffs off, but the mob will be way too far (26~) to land a nuke on from this spot. If a duo were to stand on both of those black dots, the mob would just stay on the other side of the fence in melee range of both rdms, you need to move to where I am on chocobo to change the path... hence why working to bounce the mob is more trouble than just timing your nukes/motions in unison.
is there a trick to getting a t1>t2 or is it completely random?
was half expecting a reply like that anyway lol...me and my friends been killin t1 for 2hrs and nodda, so was hopin there was a trick
to make matters worse, just got a lame ass orcus pop on my t2... tryin to do katana max dmg magian with a trio, and it freakin changes color...

FFXI - The Voidwalker NM System
tried to compile Yilbegan info here and from otherwiki into something useful.
just lacks complete t3-4 drop tables and more info on Yilbegan's resistances and it'd be 'fully' complete
I've had a friend go 1/50 on getting a colorful abyssite so yea, good luck lol.
You can go to the guy that sells clear abyssite and get a new one (and have him remove your t3 pop but try this first). If you have access to apradar, you can easily find and kill t1's to upgrade to colorful, and since you already have an orcus pop, you should be able to spam that colorful abyssite with whatever t2 you need and not get another color change as you can only have one color of abyssite at a time(I think).
yea, that was my plan (the able to spam t2s in brown area and no change) cept we spent antoher 3hrs killing t1s with nodda..
with 3 of us, prolly 30 an hour or so too, and we cant get shit from east ron and west saru
