How would it work using some BLM/RDM's and Tier 3 (for sake of speed) and a COR? Can you kite/nuke around the fence as a group np?

0/14 ring, title, helm killing almost all of the krabs in ronfaure present, think i'll pop next in (S) for placebo effect

Very well could have drop slots making that impossible.

Just because double homam legs is a possible drop and double homam feet is a possible drop doesn't mean you can get 2 legs AND 2 feet. Almost all monsters that double drop do so because of drop slots.
