Try this on for size: Every KB I ever got a Dring off of (read: 4) popped already casting meteor, and killed like half the competitions alliance because of it.

As an FYI, LSMate was jailed for soloing Feue using the standard pinning method. I'm not sure if he popped while another LS was gathering or what, but LS watching him called a GM. Not going to post full logs because I don't have his permission, but the GM said this:

[20:02:37][GM]Deitsu : Unfortunately for you, using a bug exploit in the game is a violation as it is not allowed.

you've gotta remember that this happened with the wall-of-justice. all it takes is one pissy player to dick another over. if not an emergency maintenance, expect all VNMs to have draw-in with the next update.

I have nothing against people solo/duoing mobs or the time involved. Seeing mouthbreathing idiots who don't own PDT, MDT, or idle sets and nuke in NQ errant solo things they have no business soloing mobs that were meant to be anti-solo is ridiculous.

I solo/dualbox them myself, and have done so without pinning on 9/10 T2s, no skin off my ass. It's just irritating that pinning takes the gear/game knowledge requirement out of soloing and lets any idiot with bio2 kill anything.

This reeks of umad. I am sorry Thorny, I normally agree with you but this is just excessive. This game has always been easy. Finding the easiest way of doing something is what pretty much everyone in the game tries to do. Just because some nab can kill a monster without all the gear you have because of something that has been in the game forever doesn't mean you should get butthurt. This game is too easy to worry about stupid shit like that.
