Norn Arrows is the biggest annoyance we've found. But once you learn when to stun, it becomes pretty easy. Verth switches between seasons and uses a specific TP move in accordance with each season. Norn is used immediately after Winter Breeze. So watch for winter, stun, move along. Also, MNK's own the hell out of Verth.
He didn't specify, and pretty sure winter breeze isn't stunnable. I'll give it a shot later, good info if stunning season stops norn though.
With some practice, you won't need boots at all. Capri is a joke to pull to there even from 500'+. Yacu requires a little practice but with a decent PDT set and if you can get off Ni > SS without interrupt, it's cake as long as you cure yourself when both timers are down. Oh, Shock Spikes helps too since you usually get a Stun proc or two on longer pulls.
When doing capri...if you want to get him to the fence easily...t2t until 79% and when he 2hours, book it to the fence. For yacumama, like dio said if you have a good PDT set, it shouldnt be much of a problem getting there.

fucking christ on a bike.
After watching a non-shadow Yilb wipe a different LS we proceeded to pop our black abyssites. We popped 6 straight Yilb's including an entire (S)/standard region all of which popped with no shadow. We despawned the first 5 immediately and killed the last.
What a waste.
We've recently started depopping Yilbs without shadow and I can honestly say it's more of a waste to kill it without one. All you have to do is send a tank party around to zones + the person with black abyssite. If there's no shadow, depop it and if there is, send the DD to kill it. That being said, I'd only use the depop tactic with Yilb because from my experience, depopping Yilb resets its timer like its died instead of being able to immediately repop it again like tier 3s. Pythia is only like 500k on this server too and we've yet to see it drop from one of the 6 ones without shadows we killed before we started depopping so not missing a whole lot there. Agrona's aren't worth the time and hassle to kill a Yilbegan without shadow.
Sash is 300-400k on Odin and Leggings are cool but not worth the effort. In general the people in our LS that VNM solo/duo most of the way to black abyssite and are really only after Yilb rings. So to spend the time killing just for dark crystals and near worthless trinkets we prefer to pop/depop no shadow Yilbs and spend the time on starting new "sets."
for krabkatoa solo/duo, when u pop it you lose your abbysite, so you have to be carefull not to deagro it? when pulling with multiple powder boots sometimes i would depop the tier 2's, to avoid this i should just stay within 30' of it or so you think? also what shouldi watch out for? bubble shower / venom shower? does remedy in fact remove the poison? rdm/nin and blm/rdm work well? or is there even a reasonto sub nin beyond the pull? thanks for all the fish
Remedies do not remove the poison. Stay within 30. Venom shower / Bubble shower are pretty manageable, nothing 1shotty about em
I can definitely vouch for what someone else said about a SCH. Helix's definitely help rock Krab ontop of Bio II. Generally now when I get a blue I trio with blm/rdm (me), rdm/sch, sch/ihavenoideawhathesubs. I mostly bio II/burn/shock/choke/aspir/drain and t4 when he puts SS up. Also this may seem obvious, but keep barwater up all the time.
*note someone dual boxes a THF for TH4
I duo'd often with my friend as rdm/blm and rdm/sch. I could go blm, but felt rdm/sch has better mp management and survivability. I suppose as blm, I could rest my mp up, but I'd like to nuke heavily and if a random mistake happens as him rdm and he loses hate while i'm resting, it can cause problems. He goes /blm because of a lack of sch sub.
rdm/sch is great though due to the stratagems and access to regen2 to counter venom shower. barwater/barpoison is helpful, even if it doesn't fully help to resist, every little bit is good. once, venom shower didn't even break stoneskin, another time, poison only last for about 20s or something.
Oh and laugh if you want, but the bibiki seashell for idle gear allowed me to intimidate the krab a few times when we lost the pinning >.>
