Not there. It was in the sandy one though. I'll edit the 3 cities into this post in a sec. For now, just looks like every single one of the T2->T4 VNM's has it's own specific hunt & evolith.

Evolith info seems to be dormant atm while most people focus on other cool stuff. But I'm very curious to see what type of Evolith Yilbegan will give. Some of you shmucks who are planning on fighting VNMs might want to sign up to hunt them.

It's kind of lame the 2HR ones only shed off a minute or 2. :/ But really, what event would you be doing that you need your 2hr a few minutes faster? Should give us more useful things. ; ; Lot of effort and time put into this for -1~2 minute recast seems like a waste. But then again, I just started looking into this stuff a few days ago. Still trying to understand how 1/2 of it works.

Why do I even bother to get my hopes up. Lol. Well, admittedly we've only seen tier2's so far. The tier3's cost a lot and Yilbegan costs more than any other evolith. I get the feeling I'm probably the only person with a combined like 700 free scylds on 2 chars >.>. I'll need to convince some LS's to let me leech in their alliances in the name of science.
