I moved here ~6 months ago from MN, where the economy sucked and people in general were miserable.

I didn't have a job and I got the first job I applied for here with a pay raise of over 30%. My girlfriend had competing offers within a month and she got to pick which job she wanted to take. The company I used to work for in MN is now out of business so had I stayed I would be unemployed.

Also there's no state tax so my paychecks are even bigger (although I basically say state tax = tolls in Dallas), there is way more to do, mass transportation is better, Tom Thumb / Safeway totally destroys any grocery store in MN, cost of living is cheaper, fios internet....

I guess my point is it seems more and more people are realizing lolTexas isn't so lol after all.

Yeah I remember when you moved there, its called the "grass is greener" syndrome. My job makes me travel A LOT so I've seen it a time or six. S'col bro, it happens.

Pro Tip: Over the past 10 years or so I've traveled to Texas quite extensively both for work and for family so I have first hand experience.

From Dallas to El Paso all the way down to the fucking Valley. Even little shit towns like Harlingen, Weslaco, Beeville etc.. My hate is genuine dawg.
