"Touch-up" work for most photoshop users is a HUGE income in the photography department. I know a mom & pop shop downtown that still uses CS and make a killing off touching-up old photos to remove damage/scratches/etc.

Just a huge difference in the market what this will do.

That's pretty amazing. I work for a company that revolves around Photography and it's going to be interesting to see how this works out with our retouching services. One of the most requested retouching service is to remove something/someone from a background.

Because Adobe doesn't make their licenses easy to crack on purpose...oh wait =/, they do.

Their industry dominant position rests on the fact that millions of people are trained to use their software via obtaining it for "free", which in turn forces legitimate businesses to purchase legitimate copies because all the employees have experience with it vs competing products.

@Darus: That's the reason that most big creative software companies give free trial downloads to their software with basically no restrictions on it besides a nagware-like message at start up. And god bless them for it too.
