How the hell do you break 99,999 damage? I can't seem to ever break that and hit the 100k for the 360 achievement.
genji gloves
summon/death trick has been amazing for me so far, probably averaging -1 min kill times with the strat Atreides posted, no luck on traps so far but the CP with egg and plats make it worth it
Yeah I just stared doing the smn death trick last night to get my growth egg, been farming ada's now with nearly a 100% success rate. Once fang gets the debuffs landed it's cake. Finally making some good money, and just upgraded Light to Omega wep. I'm about 1/5 on traps with 3 plat ingots as well.
Also, where do Genji gloves come from?
I'm failing hardcore with Summon/Death...
Took me 4 retries to get it to proc once. Got a trap out of it and was happy.
Went back and did it again and it took me over 8 retries before I gave up. My Vanille has Malboro Wand and like 2400 magic. Landing debuffs with Fang doesn't seem to help either. Unlucky I guess...
Which brings me to my next question...
Is there a comprehensive mission list somewhere? I'm frustrated that there is no guide that tells me how or where to get a chocobo and then I ran all the way to Oerba just to find out the stone for Neochu isn't even usable yet.

Question of my own, does anybody have a good strat for 5 staring Zinirtra fights? I have a hard time killing it quick enough unless Light gets an instant chain proc. His debuffs and crap make it too hard to go all out offense all the time.
Just need to 5star like 15 more missions and upgrade a few more items to get my platinum trophy.
for 5starring zinitra, pretty sure I went in with aegisol/fortisol and SEN/COM/RAV then SEN/RAV/RAV until staggered, then COM/RAV/RAV to burn it down as fast as possible.
Granted I was maxed on the crystarium when I did any Zinitra mission but yea.
Where is the Tsumitran Basin? Can't find the mark for mission 5>.>
yea all my jobs are maxed and i have almost everything, except for all the t2 weapons. i've been trying to do everything without using shrouds though, guess i'll try it. aegis/fort seem to drop easy anyway.
For mission 5: i think thats like, halfway between the drop down to the 2nd map from entrance area of maschaff w/e, and the road that branches off to go to the arcaeopolis... if that makes any sense. there is a treasure chest right above it on a higher road, and the stone is on the lower road. again i could be thinking of the wrong one, but i think this is right.
you can eventually 5 star most missions easily by either coming back with souped up weapons/crystarium, or getting a preemptive strike, or using aegisol/fortisol to pre-buff. It's probably worth your while to look up a mission guide online.
if you havent done mission 64 yet, it gives the item "gold watch" that increases the target time and makes it easier to 5 star stuff. but even with that i've had to use deceptisols on a few fights to 5 star it.
Can't remember where I read it, but was it confirmed that you only need one T3 weapon per character for the Treasure Hunter trophy?
I was also capped when I did those missions for 5-star, but I went about it a little differently. Started SYN/SYN/SYN for two rounds, then COM/RAV/RAV -> RAV/RAV/RAV. Went SEN/SEN/SEN whenever Feeding Whatever was coming, and MED/MED/MED immediately after. Once it staggered, I went COM/COM/RAV to finish it off.
So, I've heard of people saying you shouldn't wear both catalogs at the same time, since they 'cancel each other out'- is this proven?
Also, one guy said that because both common and rare item can't drop at the same time, you shouldn't use both catalogs.. but wouldn't it still increase the chance of something dropping if I had both equipped?
Question for the people that have the TH trophy.
Do I have to keep this shit or can I npc it when I upgrade it? I've upgraded all the level 1 weapons to 2, and have my 6 relics for each char. I've also upgraded most of the accessory's as well. Only missing a mill or so to buy gems to finish upgrading rings and what not.
Another question do the items have to be * at level 2?
Thanks, just want to double check so I don't have to do a 3rd play, this is the only one I need for Plat trophy.
