dont be an idiot.. instead of talking out of ur ass u may want to actually find out how a bot works especially the difference between NASA and wizbot or app even.. because there is a big difference between a Packet bot and and memory bot.. i dont care to explain seeing as u obviously know nothing. but i will tell u this, my shell claimed 90%+ will 4-9 ppl for 6 months straight. and we went against 3 shells wtih "linked camping" and even 2 JP shells with thier own bots. Proof is in pudding my friend. But on the sam token i do have to agree with you, if u get a dumbass shell that doesnt know how to use a packet bot(such as NASA- which was dummy proof) u will beat them. A bot misused is worse than no bot at all.

Yes anybody can use a regular bot and stagger times in the correct manner, but unless u have a math wiz that can figure out the exact calculations every 30mins(if u get more or less ppl) then ur pretty much fucked. the thing is NASA calculated times for u automatically.. so yes essentially people payed for a hyped up calculator. and for the people that thought i just explained linked camping (ive use it also) linked camping does not calculate your lag to the server, which pretty much makes or breaks ur chance of claiming

it always made me wonder why BG was being accused of botting over and over again. We claimed maybe 1-2 kings a week, IF that, and it was always we were botty mcbot faces. Our best claim rates were always right after patches when the bots were waiting for their new memory lock or patch updates. I remember the week that app was supposedly broken and we claimed 5 of 7, it was like fucking christmas. Then bot was fixed and we were losing claim again.

Of course, even shells that insisted on no members botting had people doing it anyway, those people who were doing it in BG got punished severely, most ended up quitting either after their punishment was over or later because of whatever. But botting wouldnt even exist if instanced content were the norm instead of the option and its why XI only has X number of compared to wows Y. If other MMOs had open world spawn NMs, there would be bots there too.

I used to wonder how people could live with themselves as they blatantly cheated (and dont try to use different words or feelings around it, you were technically cheating) but then again, every single one of us were technically "cheating" because we insisted on the ability to own our computers and not be forced to a screen we couldnt tab out of. I slept fitfully for my XI career, mostly because I was constantly worried about the LS, the forums, taking care of the people I cared for. My conscious wouldnt let me bot, it might let other people feel good but I still would have felt like shit.

I know that almost all of you slept like babies with your bot running, which is fine, it doesnt bother me. I kept my standards, you kept yours, we were hated, I was disrespected, the world continues turning. What does this wall o text prove? Nothing, the only "app" I used at kings was a little program ragn made called KingCount. I plugged in the pop time and pressed the button and it gave me the times when I should call to clear darters and do my @30, @20, @10. Call me dirty for using it, I know Septimus would, but thats how I roll dog.

It was always my idea that all HNM LS bot regardless of hating it or not. I'd assume maybe someone does in BG LS and hasn't gotten caught yet as well.
