They have. Haven't fucked up HNM's like Ground kings since they fucked up HNMs when they implemented ground kings.

I'm curious why they never just made Fafnir/turtle/Behemoth have random spawns once a day, and random HQ kings once a week. or something like tiamat or cerb/khim. It wouldn't have been that hard to change it. I mean.... I'm pretty sure THEY FUCKING INCREASED THE LEVEL CAP BY 24 LEVELS. sorry sorta shouted there at the end....

This would have just made it worse. Khimaira/Tiamat/etc. proved that, if it can be camped, it will be camped. HNMs would be even more exclusive (to those willing to camp all day, or camp all day with second accounts.)

I dont care about botting, ive done it myself, but this statement is contradicting everything thats been said so far lol... "Put forth effort" botting is not putting forth any effort except putting in the delay if you need to, or hitting "start" if the bot staggers your delay for you...

Also the statement of "i did nothing to earn" so you going to the camp on rdm and hasting/refreshing/debuffing the monster means you did nothing? OK there. Irony.

I will say that there are a ton of fun things to do in FFXI still, that don't involve 3kings (but do involve mark wahlberg, which is weird right?)
Tango with a tracker, scouting the ashu talif, Aht Urghan bosses (lamia,troll,mamool), dynamis alliances in campaign, etc.

Hard to make time for those things though when your staring at a bunch of damsel flys for 3 1/2 hours a day (mark wahlberg helps with that of course)

Also I botted when I was in shells that hunted bottable HNMs. Just getting that out there, it's sorta like the IED vs. Hellfire Missile from a UAV. Neither is very fair, but both are surprisingly fucking affective. and neither us or the guys planting IED's are gonna give up their most affective weapon. Is either one justified? nope, but then agian neither is the pope covering for a child molester. But that shit happens too.

In conclusion: shit b fucked up, alien intervention is mankinds only hope, until then botters gonna bot, haters gonna hate.

Its fairly obvious you are on your own planet based on your 2 posts prior to this one.

There is atleast 10+ people paying the monthly fee who don't take part in any HNM acitivity for every 1 who does. This is the same kind of blind arrogance that occured during the aftermath of the salvage bans.

Most people bandwagon hate botting on principle/because others do, they will never actually try and persist in camping these monster because even if they do bother to camp 1 day (most won't even get that far) they give up when they don't claim on that first try.

You must be that person I see idling in Whitegate between camping the oldest endgame content in ffxi looking pro in that dalm you got while your linkshell leader is upgrading his second, third, etc relic.

Btw incase you didn't read my earlier posts, I have botted when I camped kings, using the exact same packet bots your brag picture showed aswell as several others. This is nothing special and even though I enjoyed relative success in the time I spent camping kings I still think its a stupid system where the rewards don't jusitfy the investment anymore unless you claim virtually everything (and there are a handful of HNM ls left who do this and you clearly aren't in one of them).

Kings are still relevant? Didn't that end 4 or 5 years ago? If people would quit over being unable to bot kings, then you might as well just go ahead and kill yourself right now.

Kings are still relevant, yes. But only a small population actually do HNM, so his point was over exaggerated. I only play because I enjoy HNM and the competition, but I'm not so much a fool and I realize that most of FFXI would not actually quit, that most of the FFXI population has actually never even fought a king or been to a king camp.
