I loved App it made a game that I had been playing for way too long fun again. Not just for claiming, but all the other scripts that went along with it!

Once App went down I turned to Jizbot like an idiot and actually paid money for this piece of shit bot that barely even works. All the scripts for it suck, the NAV is probably the worst I have seen, there is not claim script customer service is a joke.

All of the post you read in Customer Testimonys are most likely done by jiz sorry wiz. All the I claimed KA the last 5 out of 5 times shit is BS and is Jiz just trying to sell his product. All the real customers are the ones saying that they can't get the bot to claim for shit which is under the private threads where you can't see it till you pay for this piece of shit.

The only reason this Jizbot makes money is because APP was such a great program that its members are desperately looking for something to replace it with, but if your thinking about buying this piece of shit program let me give you a real Customer Testimony

Well the wizbot i have seems to be working excellent for me. ClearPc works a lot better than APP did to eliminate the graphic lag for multiboxers. GM mode works great, On-event works flawlessly, powerlevel, synthing, radar...etc Everything seems to be working just fine just as APP was. Why is everyone so mad? oh and the claiming is far better than app ever was in my opinion. None of that changing setting in the Options file every time there was an update.

SE can indeed file a lawsuit in swedish courts if they want to, we have copyright laws similar to the US ones.
Only thing is that it would be easier for SE in the US is the proceding case in favor of the game developper in the Blizzard vs Michael Donnelly case.

If sales are made on a regular basis, they have to be declared and income tax be payed on the revenue. Also, if sales are over 30000 SEK per year, he is also obliged with declaring VAT (even as a private person).

I don't know if he declares his income or not from this activity. If not, he's guilty of tax evasion. If he has sold as much as he say he has, it might be on the verge of severe tax evasion, which would result in 6 months - 6 years jailtime. (non-severe tax evasion is up to 2 years).

You need to consider that the only bot that has ever been sued and lost is WoW Glider; because it circumvented Warden which was the major factor in the case you should be the one reading perhaps, FFXI has no security, they cannot do shit to me here regardless of what that Swedish guy thinks he's wrong I'm sorry, but you keep believing it though, clutch at straws much? Actually, it's much more complicated than if they will win and/or if he can afford to go to court.

A number of factors come into play here, which you close-minded folks seem to lack the thought power to produce:

-Is it worth sueing for a game which likely is in it's final years?

-Will the outcome of sueing result in a win, or a loss?

-Is it financially viable to spend thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands in travel/legal fees to sue over something as petty as something that affects perhaps 75-150 people per server (of over 5000 each)?

-Will winning such a case negatively affect the company, as in, will the playerbase drop due to losing the bots?

In the case of Maury, they simply sent a Cease and Desist. Perhaps $1000.00 paid by SE to have their lawyers write up a notice and mail it to him. In this situation, they have done the same to Wiz, and he has refused. PAYING to have your playerbase fall (less money per month) would be absolutely retarded for SE to do.
