Soooooooooooo this has struck my interest. I had friend had his account compromised and then banned prior to any of the restoration policies so he was never able to retrieve his account. He made it all the way up to actually being acknowledged as the owner of said account but they said because the account was banned and there were no logs nothing would be done.

Hm... He and I gave up on his account 2 years ago, would probably just be another waste.

I don't understand why they let us re-obtain CoP ones but not ToAU, shit doesn't make sense. I'm sure there are more than a few people who are regretting their original ring choice, but I guess this is just another example of SE's sloooooowwwwwww policy at work (aka it will get done 4 years from when it should have been).
