Good God SE is retarded as usual, how fucking hard is it just to give you back an item you obviously had at one point that isn't sellable? When a customer bitches and bitches and bitches for weeks on end you just GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT so they go away (no offense), it's absolute retardery on SE's part. It's not like it would even be hurting them or anyone else to give it back. Don't think you can even call it customer service at this point, more like customer aggravation.

Next time you talk to a GM, SGM or LGM, ask them to check your inventory for BB, and ask them what possible benefit you'd have for dropping it (since you can't npc etc)

And tell them it was your girlfriend who dropped it in a row all that time ago, when Item restoration wasn't available (i think?). if they've any kind of heart, they'd help you.

Thanks again for all of the support...its pretty overwhelming to be honest.

I've spoken with every type of GM imaginable and I've also reobtained 2/3 of the Black Belt items since this all went down. I tried to just restart the quest as if I'd never done it but it doesn't work.

If an admin wants to sticky this and alter it to include other items as well...I'm all for it. Let's bombard SE with a petition and see what happens.

Keep up the work and maybe for once the players will get one in the win column.

Edit: To one of the posters above...my Black Belt was dropped something like 3 or 4 weeks before SE introduced the reimbursement policy. Sweet eh? :D

Unless they up the haste cap I doubt they will add another belt, but it would be cool if they add NIN and SAM to it at later levels, but that's just wishful thinking.

Yeah, Chaz' incident happened before item restoration was implemented.

I remember it - made me go o.o; when I saw he lost not only his BB, but a host of other good items as well.
