I was trying to re install FFXI into my new computer and when I tried putting in my account info it kept telling me something on my account info was wrong, tried multiple times to no avail. I called Square Enix the next morning was only holding for a couple of minutes, and within the next 5 min after only asking a few personal questions my problem was solved.

The guy I talked to was very nice and extremely helpful. I should have gotten his name maybe I could have called back to compliment him, but I think it's kinda of too late now.

Lol, nothing. I just figured since I never see anyone post about good experiences w/ SE's Customer support this post would be worth it's weight in gold.

And it's all true. =)

EDIT: Before I placed the call I was worried it was going to take forever to get help. I was pleasantly surprised when everything was over, done with, and perfectly fixed in less than 10 min.
