Wukong isnt terribad. Hes just okay.

He is close to being balanced. His Q being the main issue with the way the armor reduction is done until that bug is fixed (and/or if they tack on scaling). Wukong may be no Irelia (closest related champion I can think of) but he is still pretty decent. Have to know when to ult properly especially for a kill. Unlike Irelia too, you can't just go in and go nuts. Need to go in then back out if things are getting a bit messy to avoid you being targetted. That passive of his isn't enough to keep him tanky enough to do the damage Irelia does for that reason. Still, he is quite enjoyable and I can see a future for him with the Q change and possible buffs.

That whole wrong skins thing has happened to me before, usually after someone quit a previous queue or something.

A friend of mine did end up as the wrong character in a game once. Selected Katarina, locked in as Katarina. Loadscreen and game as Tristana.

Tore and I go as AP Taric and Trundle Jungle respectively. We also have MF, Anivia, Jarvan. Tell MF to go bottom with Jarvan and Anivia who was heading top to go mid. MF and Anivia put Tore and I on ignore. MF proceeds to get owned by Veigar and Jarvan/Anivia do okay bottom. I end up being 9/0 by mid game and then end up 13/4. MF wants to surrender 30 minutes into the game, we make a run at it and should win but she goes off in solo lanes by herself etc.,

But holy crap Trundle is nuts if fed/late game. Sadly their Veigar can combo anyone down because MF didn't stop his farm early game

So what is this I hear about free stuff if your ELO is higher than 1250 by the end of the season? I know Kayle skin is free if you even played a ranked match, but my friend is all spazing out about getting 1250 ELO for a free Jarvan skin? Haven't heard about this...

So just started playing this and I'm loving it. I know I'm really late to the party but my name on LoL is Brittons if you wanna add me to the main page. A word of warning though, I played like three games of DOTA ever and I'm pretty terrible at this game right now.

I just started this last week too.. Really into Veigar.. He was one of the free champs when I started, and so he's what I've stuck with.. I dont mind the glass cannon style.. He just sucks when I'm in mid with a long ranged champ that can keep me from farming properly.. My biggest problem, is I'm only level 10, but play with at least 1, sometimes 2 level 30 friends, which means playing against people at least level 20 and alot of 30s.. Frustrates me, and having Veigar doesn't help when I'm already weak early on top of having less masterys and runes than my opponents.. I know I'll need to get experience with another Champ, but haven't figured out which.. I tried a couple melee types, but it's not my style.. I'm used to having a ranged attack in most games anyways..

Anybody can zone veigar early, like literally anybody. I love him after I get a DFG, but his early game is sooooooooo god awful.

Wanting to get into this game. Any tips to help a complete newb? Like I've played a DotA map on SC2 maybe once or twice, other than have no idea what I'm getting into.

dont overextend, watch jungles for ganks

Don't go past the river without wards. Always get wards when you go back. If you don't ward, you should prolly /surrender. Wards are that important to prevent ganks from behind not to mention it gives map awareness (map hax).

It may be a bit early to get into but as you get higher level you'll want to get some IP saved up for runes at level 20+

He's pretty sick looking and sounding. Love that aura he has for the bloodlust XD Only seen it once so far, but typical JP name turn out to be mediocre player. That and wards just saved the day.
