I always build merc or ninja tabi on singed, and agree w/ ninja tabi for swiftness procs.

As far as the AA Staff, I've been contemplating it due to his passive. Usually build cata > Rylais > finish RoA > Tanky, but due to his passive, AA could give massive AP and HP. Havent tried it yet, thought about building troll build w/ a ton of AA's, boots, and a deathcap just to screw around.

They delayed it. They're adding a prep patch for Domain like Bliz does for some of their larger patches or pre-xpac patches.
