Never saw an indiciation there was a date slated for Shen buffs in the Devtracker especially with the way it was mentioned that some ideas that were attempted ended up not being any good

How's yorick? I'm taking a smurf to 30 and I just want a pretty decent all-round champ. Bought nasus for my #1 and he's awesome, but it gets tough if I'm laning against someone who can harass well - nasus starts off slow enough so if I can't last hit a lot I enter mid game at a pretty big disadvantage and it's just frustrating having to play from behind.

Anyway, yorick looks pretty cool.. all of his abilities are pretty awesome from the looks of it, and he's a tanky dps which is exactly what I'd like for a smurf I'd play solo. I've never gotten to play him on a free week though, so buying him without getting any inside information would be a hail mary, and 0 champs I've bought before trying have worked out besides nidalee

Yorick is kind of boring, he basically wins his lane through harassment. His ult is pretty crap and generally he is pretty easy to kite/deal with. He's not by any means a bad hero but I wouldn't recommend him over the other multitudes of tanky DPS heroes in this game.

I liked Yorick even before his buffs and slight nerf. He has one of the best solo laning phases and his passive allows him to 1v1 most champs (straight up fighting) if you're going the warmog + atma style. His ult isn't as good as it use to be but it is still useful in team fights for that 6th member and semi-revive. He isn't for everyone but if you like the style then you'll prolly enjoy him.

get lee sin, you can build him pure dps or tanky, you can also jungle with him or solo top lane or duo lane with him. He is a very versatile character who takes a long time to master

I second this. He's hard to learn but he is a great pub stomper as even when he's free no one plays him, so no one knows how to deal with him pre-30. Also he's just awesome to play.

Any jungle is by far the easiest way to carry to 30. My favorite is Trundle but anyone can do it. Udyr, Yi(Pre 30 is just a pub stomp champ), Jarvan, GP. All solid picks.

Lee can jungle as well, and is in fact the second easiest jungler I've played(after Warwick).

I prefer Trundle jungle over anything currently. Even though you need smart people on your team to pull on Trundle. Niggas don't know about that Pillar!

Lee Sin is difficult, I've tried many times to make him work for me but I can't seem to pull it off right. Most champs I return to later on I have an easier time with but not this guy yet... maybe the next time he's free I might be able to...

In other news, Jungle Twitch is super op hell yea~
and Talon is still super fun

I really wish they'd tweak Talon so he could jungle better. It would put him among my favorite champs. I don't think adding a little lifesteal to his passive would overpower him since he's not really an auto-attack champ.

But I don't, I haven't played with BG in LoL in forever, partially due to the fact that I hardly play LoL ever anymore.
