Moonblade still seems like shit. Sacrificing a blasting wand for 35 Tenacity just seems pretty stupid considering most AP carries aren't eating all the cc's to begin with. Honestly there's like no reason to get Elesia's Miracle over Moonblade considering you can just leech the Philo during the laning phase and upgrade it once you get into mid-game. I have yet to see someone actually purchase one.

Bug fixes are a good start, they wanted to see where he stands without his bugs (most of them anyway) before beginning to buff, makes complete sense to me

I really just meant Elesia + Ninja tabi is very viable now on tanky dps. Getting an early Philo is in almost everyones build and ninja tabi just stomp almost all the armor items in them game.

20% dodge rate on any dps is insane. Not to mention that because Philo is in nearly everyones current build in order to get your 35 tenacity it only costs 500 gold.

Philo stone is a broken early game item that now transitions into a decent mid-end game item.

My build order on every champion (every.) is now 1) Regrowth(or Boots1+3 pots) 2) Philostone 3) Boots 1 > normal item build.
This setup is just too good on every champion during the laning phase (which fucking lasts forever these days....).

Oh, you're one of those people.

Philo stone is not good on -every- character. Rush a wriggles or something similar, stack dorans blades etcetc. There are million of possibilities other than philo stone on every champ as a first item.

Wriggles - Def boots(Merc or Ninja) - Blood thirster - Warmogs - Infinity Edge - Banshees

Does really good damage and puts you at about 3.3k hp

But philo stone on Trynd = op.

Also don't fucking solo queue at the moment unless you want to deal with the most random and fucked up matchmaking system. I had one game pair two 1900's vs a bunch of 1200-1300s (season 1 rating) cause everyone is back to 1300ish now. Lost so many games cause of bad teams.

Nope. Go AP, build a Rylais first, AP and MPen runes. Abyssal sceptre, rabadons, wota, its a good build.

I've won my games with builds like that, if you have an amazing initiator, put your 1200+ damage shield on them, gg
