Yes, you don't HAVE to try to kill the guy. That is a common problem people do which they end up dieing or getting jumped by another team member too low to escape.

Sure, there have been times I absolutely wreck bot against champs like xerath(easiest ever), any melee besides maybe jax but I've never met a jax who wanted to go bot, some mages, and most ranged AD. But singed cannot even push lanes against some champs with hard CC because you literally take free damage and there's little room to chase people away.

Singed is NOT a good bot when the majority of bots are morgana or ryze and you can't get near them - thus, you can't push your minions; and furthermore, when it's a champ that beats you they beat you HARD because you they can zone you away from the mid hp pack. Admittedly, I like laning against heimers, but most go top now.

Any champ that singed can push the minion line loses their tower after two waves of minions. But the only reason I can do that as singed is because they will lose 1v1 - champions that can kite singed wont let you push and you wont have even exchanges if you kite for fling. There's nothing to do but sit back and wait until they're at your tower. And it sucks playing so passively in dominion while there's at least 1 person up top who would fair better against whatever you're having trouble with.

I've had most my luck on bottom as Karthus and starting with Catalyst. Pretty much can spam Q and even toggle your Defile sometimes

Last night I was told I was trolling because I wasn't raging at the Karthus who was feeding the enemy team. My other three teammates were going to report me for trolling (due to lack of rage). It was a new one for me.

My one death was a tower dive into their base past 2 towers, trying to get Kassadin. Failed, but xin followed and killed two people in their base before he died lol.

Must of been a bad Graves, cuz I've never done bad with him on Dominion..

Also, it seems more retards flock to Dominion.. I swear, if I see my team try to get the turret next to the enemy base, when the quest point is Windmill one more time.. I understand one guy trying to quick cap it alone to disrupt the other team.. But when 3 of my team is trying to take it, leaving our defend quest open for the taking, and not even caring about the cap quest, I start to question their common sense..

It's so good, especially on Garen since you're usually slicing through hordes of creeps. The only champ I'd consider Swiftness on is Anivia, and that's just because she really moves like a turtle.

I just don't like taking the chance. And w/ my build I'm running 21/0/9 anyways. It works for me so /shrug.

Rumble is OP as fuck in the right hands. He'll shit on almost everything top lane.

It's not a huge chance either when about 20 different things are trying to proc your 10% dodge chance. If you don't run Dodge Seals then don't pick up swiftness.

I've only been playing for about 4-5 months so have all the other runes first and bought a ton of champs. As much as I want them still kinda wary due to the fact that Riot stated that they wanted to do away with dodge.
