Well now we know why Graves is so ridiculous right now:
His original range was shorter, and we had higher base stats during that time to compensate. When we increased his range, we didn't change the stats back over.
We'll probably hit a couple of these overall - will discuss with the team. ( Morello about Graves )

Yeah Graves doesn't scale any better than say Ezreal or Vayne, it's just that his early game is so ridiculous because a trade is always in his favor. Them tweaking his stats early game should help a lot with that.

I have yet to actually lane against a Graves (I'm usually mid or solo) so I honestly haven't had any issues with him yet.

his Q is too strong early, and his Q-ult combo is just insane in early team fights, and all team fights really

I had to carry hardcore, every single one of my wins except my most recent one I was like 10/3/12 average or so.
been maining him since his release. I used to have a different build up until two months ago, and then I went the brutalizer>sheen>tforce>bthirster build after. I will never go off of that anymore. Originally Posted by BlackMoomba

people do different runes, im actually missing some essential ones so i just go with armor pen reds and quints, mana/5 reds and then i'd do cd reduction blues. dorans blade only with a support that has a heal, boots+3pots otherwise.
boots > dorans blade > rush brutalizer > sheen > ionian boots finished > phage > zeal > tforce > BT, then after this if they are really riding me i'll get a BV or a QSS depending on who they have if they have supression. otherwise if i'm raping i just get a gunblade after. usually games don't last that long.
go in with the mentality that you're gonna go in late, like an assassin and then just start cleaning up with all your abilities and auto attacks. if you notice they switch to you shift out, usually i position myself somewhere good that they can't reach without flash. i use my ult only when i know im gonna hit 2-3 people, or if someones running to snipe them.

Ez has always been my favorite champion since he came out (god I miss when W healed), but I have absolutely horrible luck when I play him. Always fighting some perfect counter for him like Kassadin. I'll have to give that build a try, only real difference with mine is the brutalizer earlier and Bloodthirster instead of Infinity Edge.
Also, he looks good in shorts.
